Liked: We liked the facilities, garden and closeness to the Marjan forest. The kitchen was well equiped and clean as well as the bathroom. Free internet on the computer was a plus too. The owners were friendly and helpful - was really handy to have local knowledge on the best places to eat and visit etc.

Disliked: The two down-sides were that firstly we were told 1 day prior to arrival that we were not going to be in the room we booked but in the appartment (not in the guesthouse but in part of the owners property, in a tower block). This was a little inconvienient as we had to move on the first day of our holiday, and we could hear the owners newborn baby crying in her side of the appartment. The second down-side was that two nights in a row we were woken up by the owners partner coming in to use the computer and the washing machine between the hours of 12 - 3am. The guesthouse is small so you can hear everything and the bedroom doors have glazed windows so the light floods in.

Liked: staff is very helpful. free internet facilities. nice atmosphere. it is a 10-20 minutes walk to the very city centre.

Liked: The garden is fantastic!!! Besides that we loved that it was close to Marjan where we biked around. That is a must see area, especially that part the is faced against Split downtown.

Liked: Quiet area, but not too far from the city centre. Clean and tidy with use of kitchen available. Friendly and helpful owner.

Disliked: Shower was missing a part which made the main shower head unusable!

Liked: Location- very close to the markets, city center, beach and park. Parking is very close and free, could always find a spot. The place itself- nice cozy garden, clean rooms.Staff- very helpful and friednly.Overall- good value for money, highly recommended.

Liked: Location was great handy for the beach and the centre. The hosts were perfect, really friendly and helpful.The kitchen was fully stocked and the garden was lovely.

Liked: got given towels, we arrived early and he welcomed us and let us check in and leave our bags cos we wanted to go to an island for the day and wernt returning till later, zuvan was ver helful.

Liked: Very friendly staff who go out off their way to make you feel welcome. Very comfortable, good facilities- kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor area- near beach, short walk to centre.

Disliked: No Internet available in guesthouse although there are plenty of free wifi hotspots in the centre of town.

Liked: Great place to stay, excellent location for both the centre and forest park. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, even met us and helped us with luggage to and from bus station, and gave of loads of helpful advice on what tp do in the area. would recommend this to anyone, great location, staff and price! Thanks!

Liked: Zuvan was a lovely place to stay- the location really near the big park was ideal with a lot of places to go swimming within a 10-15 min walk. Brane and Sanda were very helpful and friendly - would definitely return.

Liked: sanda (the owner) was very friendly! we liked the quiet atmosphere there. bathroom, kitchen etc were clean and you feel comfortable everywhere. a lovely place to stay in!
