Liked: Very helpful and nice owner of the apartment, close to bus stop to reach the center, with a small shop nearby to buy food

Disliked: As already mentioned in another comment, we also had an "ant problem" in our flat : coming from somewhere that we couldn't determine for sure, they invaded one of our luggage (20 of them at least) as well as the cake we put on the table. As well, due to the high amount of water another family present in the hostel used, we got to take cold shower 2 mornings out of 3

Liked: Really nice, quiet neigborhood. Also really friendly and helpfull people.

Disliked: It was a bit hard to locate, since the name 'Golubic' is never visible on the outside, you'll really have to navigate on the street and house number. We also had an ant problem. We left some bread and cookies (in boxes and a bag) on the kitchen table. The day after, they had turned into an ant feast. A bit sad off course :)

Disliked: the beds are bad, no hot water the first night, we hade to drag our bags to the back of the building, with many stairs

Liked: very nice place, in the quiet part of the city. clean, nice place far a walk, near to the most beautiful beaches.

Liked: Pretty descent rooms. Not huge, but with enough space. Barbecue outside. Pretty calm location. Close to the beach. Nice and welcoming landlord lady. Free maps on arrival :)

Disliked: we spotted weekend party happening in the neighboring house. However, it was calm during the rest of a week. 4km away from city center. Although it seems majority of all housing options tend to be located outside of the center. In addition you get buses 3 times an hours running to and from the center.

Disliked: It was pretty clean. Lots of cats outside.

Liked: The property was clean and in an ideal location for walking into Pula, going to the beaches and had a nice view of the port shortly after leaving the apartment. The local pizzeria just down the road from the apartment was amazing too. The land lady was also able to book us a taxi to the airport with a neighbor a few doors down which took a lot of stress of getting to the airport off us.

Disliked: We felt the property did not have much facilities for the kitchen area. There were plenty cooking appliances but only two small hobs, no oven and only a fridge, no freezer.

Liked: I stayed at the Golubic Apartments with my boyfriend. We absolutely loved it! The location, the landlady, the proximity to the sea, grocery stores, everything! We were able to walk everywhere...the downtown area, beaches...I don't think we ever took the bus, only upon arrival and departure.The landlady was so helpful! In fact, we liked the place so much that we wanted to stay longer. She managed to find us a new place, which was also wonderful!

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The appartment was very clean and confortable, located in a nice quiet area. The owner was very nice and helpful. We loved the place!

Liked: The neighboorhood has several spots to eat. We were late and were aible to eat something in the neigboorhood. The busline stops very near by.

Disliked: Its a little bit old material but the amount of money you pay is not mouch.

Liked: Me and my boyfriend stayed in this studio flat for 3 nights. The landlady was so frinedly and helpful. She gave us a map and told us what we could do in town. The place was so clean and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. we had a little garden with bbq. It's very close to the marina, really nice area. 20min walk to the beach. 35 min walk to town centre or 15 min by bus. there's a local restaurant which is great! we got discount there just because we were staying in this flat :) The area is so green. Nice to walk around. Definitely one of the best options in Pula!

Disliked: Everything was fine.
