Our recently build and furnished apartments are totally autonomous and all have separate entrance which enables you a complete privacy. They all have terraces with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue for chilling-out, as well as reserved parking place. They are fully equipped with dinning/kitchen area, bathrooms with showers, toilettes and all have air conditioning (cooling/heating system), SAT TV sets, solar water heating.

Bed linen and towels are included in price (weekly change).
A washing machine is available for use at your disposal

Accommodation Information

The big 3 star apartment on the ground floor is about 70 metres square. It's suited for 5 persons (max 7) and has 2 sleeping rooms (with 2 and 3 beds), living room (with 2 sofa-beds), and kitchen with dining area, bathroom (shower) and WC. In front of it is a stone paved terrace with table, chairs, large parasol (3 metres) and barbecue for chilling-out.

Apartment studios are on the main road (just behind the house), two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They are best suited for two persons. Every one of them is about 20 metres square and has one multifunction room (with double-bed, kitchen, dining area, big closet) and a bathroom.

Location Information

Pula is a coastal city with antique history (it’s over 3000 years old), rich cultural heritage and Mediterranean cuisine and climate. Besides enjoying the sun and the beach the region offers diverse and interesting activities (summer festivals, concerts, walking and bike-riding routes, scuba diving and more).

Our apartments (and house) are located in the quiet touristic suburb “Veruda Porat”. The nearest shop is 3 minutes’ walking distance away, green market at 15 minutes and restaurant at 3 minutes. Public transport busses connect the neighbourhood with city centre (2 km /10 min ride) and with the beaches (5 min - every 20 min.). The nearest beach is at 15 minutes’ walking distance (1000 metres) in hotels area - with snacks, ice-creams, terrace-bars, promenades, tennis courts, water slides, as well as scooters and pedal boats to rent. The coast is mainly rocky with plenty of reefs and gravel beaches suitable for smaller children.
