Liked: The staff are welcoming and friendly, help me a lot. The location is fine that you can get there by bus or walk for 20 minutes. They are provide bike renting service that you can ride your bike to discover the city. They have a lovely kid.

Disliked: not much dislike I can say...

Liked: Original, nothing like clinical hotel. Laid back staff.

Disliked: Don't go if you like your room to be in a five star hotel.

Liked: The hostel owners were very friendly and gave lots of advice on places to go which was useful. They even took us to see their farm in the countryside. It was a personal experience.

Disliked: The bathroom was too small.

Liked: friendly and helpful attitude towards guests. Close to the city center, not so far to the beaches. It is situated in nice old building, that is kept clean. Good equipment in the kitchen. Nice place for sitting on the roof. Computer and internet access.

Disliked: Bathroom door cannot be locked. Just two lockers in the dorm for 8 people / had to use the locker in the second room/. Cramping floor.

Liked: great rooms, good sizes. A relaxed atmosphere and the staff are absolutely lovely and sooo helpful. I strongly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Pula. Close walk to the town and beach or a short bus ride.

Disliked: not alot, it was great. Only downside might have been that our washing machine didn't work but there were others in the hostel that did that we were allowed to use.

Liked: The friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff is unparalleled. The location was quite good as well - close to the city centre and not that long a walk to the nearest best beaches. The bus station was about 30 mins away on foot.

Disliked: The dorms were quite cramped. There was only one bathroom for the dorm I was in, and there was no lock at all - that really needs to be fixed. My mattress wasn't the best - didn't sleep that well at all (no air con so quite hot as well). The kitchen setup is quite strange as well - there wasn't one specifically for guests so you have to ask the owners if you can use the main one.

Liked: Nicely decorated hostel owned by very interesting couple which has traveled to many places in the world. Also good to reach by bus from the main bus station (Autobusni Kolodvor) as well as on foot from the old town area (about 7-10 minutes).

Disliked: Renting the bikes costs 10 euros per day. While the bus ticket is just about 1,50. We nearly had to pay 20 euros for two people because we had not been told about the price when we were offered the bikes. But we could out in time after all so everything was good.

Liked: Really good atmosphere, bed was really comfy, the lady who runs it was lovely.

Disliked: The landlady would just enter our room without knocking, plus somebody came to it while we were away and left the door unlocked.

Liked: Zoran and Ying, the owners, are just great, doing everything for guests. The hostel is not perfect, but has its own charme and the atmosphere is really good. That is very important. Distance to beach and city is ok. Not to far. You can take a bus to the beach if you don´t want to walk to beach(15minutes), city is a 10 minute walk. Internet for free. Supermarket 50 meters from the hostel with also very nice stuff. You get cheap bread or rolls, and you ask them to put some cheese on it, for example. 1 person speaks english, 1 a little german.

Disliked: The doors of the bathrooms could not be locked. That MUST be fixed.

Liked: The hosts are very welcoming and kind, and give you a run-down of everything you need to know about Pula and surroundings; the hostel is very cozy and has lots of character, location's pretty good.

Disliked: only one shower (combined with the toilet) for 8 people meant there were always lines in the morning :( it's spotless though and with very new furnishings, so we can't really complain.

Disliked: A little far away, facilities not completely appropiated for a hostel, not completely clean, just 1 bathroom were we were (2 rooms of like 6 persons each)

Liked: Great atmosphere, extremely friendly owners who genuinely care about all of their guests, and a small grocery store next door for convenience.

Disliked: The facilities (kitchen equipment and showers) were a bit run down, very clean, but not 100%.

Liked: The owners were very kind and helpful; room

Disliked: The shower doesn't even stay warm for five minutes and quickly soaks the floor. Beds were fairly uncomfortable; rented a bike from them and the wheel fell off while riding it.

Liked: It has one of the coolest atmospheres I have ever encountered! It has a terrace for people to chill outside and it's rather tiny, so perfect to meet new people. Feels a bit like being home! You can use the kitchen, which is clean. The rooms were good, and they provided free towels. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help you with tips about beaches, restaurants, things to see, the best way to travel etc. You have a bus direct to the beach, and it's quite close to the city center (10-15m walk).

Disliked: They didn't have breakfast, although there's a shop right across the street where you can buy the basics The toillets...that was the worst. The shower that served my room has no privacy whatsoever. It's only a glass door separating you from the kitchen area! You can't really see the inside, but still... plus no place to hang your clothes inside, so you have to be a ninja if you don't want people to see you naked. There was also no light in the toilette, but we complained about it and next day it was fixed
