Overview
Apartment Maria is located in the historic and picturesque old part of Pula, the center of local celebration and entertainment.
There is a good choice of Cafe Bars Restaurants and shops. For local fish, meat and vegetables the local market is only a stone’s throw away.
The marina and sea are only 200 meters away, with easy access for trips to Venice and the beautiful islands of Briuni. The beaches of Verudela are 15 minutes away.
The bus station will take you on a forty minute trip to Rovinj, a typical, much-photographed idyllic Croatian port. Porec is a little further away but well worth a visit.
The Roman Amphitheatre host an International Film Festival and a summer long Music Festival with artists of international repute.
Pula and Rovinj are becoming important centers for salsa dancing.
