Liked: The owner and his brother were extremely friendly and accommodating. It is located literally down the street from where the bus lets you off (about 5 minutes easy walking), and only about 15 minutes walking to the entrance of Plitvice Lakes Park! Really great. Restaurant about 5 minutes walking away as well. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable and warm (traveled in winter). Would definitely recommend.

Disliked: I didn't see a sign with the cabin number on the road I should have turned down so I ended up walking past it twice. After I figured it out it is quite easy though.

Liked: Nice owner, picked us up at the bus stop. Good location, walking distance to the entrance of the lakes. Homey feel.

Disliked: No screen on the door so a ton of bugs came in - this was the only window, so it got a bit stuffy. Toilet and shower each in separate rooms, so that was a bit complicated.

Liked: Easy to find. Big room, nice views. Great host.

Disliked: There are limited opening hours for the local shop, so it is advisable to take some food with you.

Liked: originally dropped off at the wrong bus stop but within 5 min he came and picked us up. the room had a nice double bed with its own balcony (it was adjoined with another one) and had a nice view. the owner was very helpful when telling us about the park and gave directions to the entrance which was useful. the shower was amazingly hot and powerful. we had our own bathroom and toilet so there was no rush in the morning. the owner had a very cute dog running around.

Disliked: shame it wasn't closer but the 20min walk wasn't too bad.

Liked: The room was very nice: clean and comfortable. Nice view on the outside too. The owner was also a lovely host.

Disliked: Nothing bad to report really. We had to walk a bit to get to the lakes but it's only a 25 minutes walk and quite a nice one as you can avoid the main street by going through the forest. We were very happy of our stay there.

Liked: The owner Boris is a lovely, friendly man. The guesthouse is in a beautiful setting and a perfect location to walk to t lakes, we had a great time here.

Liked: Close to second entrance of the park. 25 minutes walking from the park. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The windowns on our room was broked and we could not have it closed. So we had to sleep with the open windown, but I noticed that they were working to have the house facilities improved.The also said there was a supermaket aorund but we did not find it.

Liked: Friendly and helpful owners. To find it, get off at mikinje bus stop, cross the roaf and turn left walking up the hill!

Disliked: There is only one (badly run) place to eat in walking distance.

Liked: It was very close to the Lakes. The owner was nice and explained the best way to get there.

Disliked: It wasn't really close to anything other than the Lakes so nothing to do, nowhere to go in the evening. Was a bit hard to find.

Liked: Location near the park, you can go walking to the second entrance. Branko is very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The double room has not the bathroom inside. The house is a bit old.

Liked: Very chilled out and relaxing. Was able to do washing here.

Disliked: Maybe too quiet and very difficult to find from instructions, even if you get off at the right bus stop.

Liked: Location was great - loved that there was a peace and quiet outside in the evening, very close to an entrance 2 of the park. There was also a bath, which was a great advantage as I could have a bath after long day at Plitvice Park. Branko picked us up so we didn't have to walk back, he is a lovely guy, who is working very hard to please his guests. For breakfast he made us an awesome omlette with a smile on his face, we had a coffee, bread, cheese and ham on top of that. Room was clean and had a balcony.

Liked: The man was nice, the rooms were clean, his dogs were lovely.

Disliked: Not close to the lakes and the directions given were very poor. Smoke from the owner's cigarrette was constant.

Disliked: Did not feel safe in this property, very untidy and felt like we were staying in someone's shed

Liked: This place was in a great location. About a 15-20min walk to the lakes. The couple that run it are lovely. There is a shop just around the corner to buy food, and there is a kitchen to cook.

Disliked: A little hard to find, but the locals are very helpful.

Liked: The owner was amazing. Branko came and picked us up on the side of the highway sine we were lost, drove us to the store for groceries, and drove us to the park twice! His house is great, his dog is super cute and the price cannot be beat for everything you get!!!

Disliked: Little difficult to fin. should offer more directions in case you get off at the wrong bus stop, which is sometimes out of your control!

Liked: This place was awesome, the owners were super friendly and even picked us up when we got off at the wrong bus stop 20 minutes away. The atmosphere was relaxed and it was an easy walk to the lakes and local shops. Thanks for the great stay Boris!
