Liked: The location of this place was great, not far from either entrances to the lakes. The owners were great and gave us directions.

Disliked: Nothing - might be hard to get to and from without a car

Liked: The owners are lovely, they picked me up from the park and drove me into the town and showed me around, they even bought me a coffee... the rooms are great and the ensuite is amazing.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike about this property, however it would be nice to offer breakfast even for a price as the closest restaurant/grocery store was a 10min walk away which would be fine if you had a car i guess?

Liked: Even though the Owner was out on his business trip, his 10 year old daughter took up the responsibility and helped us in check-in check out. It shows their dedication and hospitality in serving visitors.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: The room is really nice, very clean and private, a perfect room for me. The kitchen and chilling out area is actually the family home, so it depends if you feel comfortable, however the family are very welcoming and friendly.

Disliked: There isnt really an easy way to get here from the Plitvice Lakes if you dont have any mode of transport yourself. However the owner, when i finally got onto his phone, was lovely and picked me up.

Liked: a lovely building typical of the region with a balcony for each room. very clean. the staff is very pleasant.

Disliked: Road access is not so easy with a motorcycle.

Liked: A beautiful house near the road and not far from Plitvice National Park (if you have a car). Easy to find. Rooms are spacious and clean. It is possible to use to kitchen and the fridge. There is a lot of space for cars. Extremely nice owner, he provided us a lot of information of Plitvice Park and the best way to visit it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Extremely nice ower. Offered us a ride to the lakes. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. And the property is a nice quite zone. you can find anything you need around (500m): restaurant, bus stop, supermarket. It was really nice to stay there. Very pleasant staff.

Disliked: nothing at all.

Liked: nice landlady, close to Plitvile Lakes and close to some nice restaurants. very clean

Liked: This property was set in a lovely village outside of Plitvice Lakes. I am pretty sure the owners live here and rent out rooms. Very friendly owners that provide a clean bedroom and washroom for travellers. Restaurants, bars, tourist info are all close by.

Disliked: It was much further away from Plitvice Lakes than we thought. We were traveling on the bus, and anticipated walking to Plitvice, which ended up being about 11 km away.

Liked: Very clean and confortable, real value for the money we paid for the accomodation. The host was very kind and answered all our questions and gave us valuable advices regarding visiting Plitvice National Parc. It was great.

Disliked: Because is near the street at night when the cars were pasing by if you were sleeping with the window open it might seem a little bit of noise.

Liked: clean room, helphul staff, peaceful nature... everything was perfect! especailly, too much thanks to kindness of Maria!

Disliked: it's placed far from 300m from bus staion. so, if you don't have your own car, you have to walk a little bit dangerous road.

Disliked: no dryer for washing so you need to do your washing early so it will dry.

Liked: Clean, secure and in a good location for access to the lakes. The owners of the hotel were very helpful and upon ringing them picked me up at the park entrance to take me to Zafran. They also provided me with all the information I needed for getting back to the lakes the next morning (travel each way involves hopping on buses that are travelling between Zagreb and other cities such as Zadar and Split) but on the day they offered me another lift in, this time for the price of the bus fare. Excellent guest house , helpful owners, highly recommended.

Disliked: It's a 15 minute drive from the lakes, so not walking distance, but due to the helpfulness of the owners this wasn't a problem.

Liked: I had a private single room with ensuite that felt like a hotel room almost. Very clean and it had a balcony

Disliked: Way too far from the National Park. The owner told me I could catch the bus to the National park, but when the bus pulled up it rejected all of the poeple wanting to go there and the next bus did the same. There is only one Taxi in the area and he was busy so I had to walk to the National Park which took me 2 and a half hours as I had my luggage with me. When you arrive by bus make sure you get off at Grabovac not Plitvice.

Liked: The family which runs the hostel is incredibly nice and welcoming. They came to the park to pick us up and drove us to the bus station in the morning. Clearly went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible.

Disliked: Was a bit far from the park but rides made everything simple.

Disliked: not really a hostel, more a hotel (which is not necessarily bad though)

Liked: Very friendly owner made me coffee in the morning and helped out with breakfast, very helpful with restaurants etc.. quiet and comfortable beds. Supermarket just down the road in the hotel opposite.

Disliked: Slightly bigger sign, we drove straight past it!

Liked: The owner is very very nice. The room is super clean! The best of all is that it is not really expensive! At first I thought the location is a big disadvantage, however, the owner offer a pick-up service with only a little fee. Very very convenient!! They are very nice people =)

Liked: Big house, everything perfectly clean (never had this in my journey before), the family who runs the house was very kind.
