Liked: Great accommodation - a wonderful family home with good-size rooms with the soothing sounds of a waterfall. Saba and his daugther were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. We would like to go back and spend some more time with them learning more about the area as their family has been living there for 400 years.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: The owner Ivica is amazing - so friendly and helpful. He knew everything about the national park and told us about loads we could do just outside of it too - like this amazing cave that he gave us torches to explore. Also DO NOT be put off staying here by not having a car. Ivica picked us up from the bus stop, drove us to the market so we could get food and then walking to the park each day took less than 30mins - there is a shortcut path right from his house. It was definitely the best place we stayed in Croatia - right on a beautiful waterfall in a lovely little village and amazing value for money! He also has an amazing dog too!!

Liked: GOOD in everything. Very kind to the customer and the guy who great us can be our free tour guide. He explain everything which we never think can be done in that area, with his good stories that make us more enjoyed staying there.

Liked: The location, set in a beautiful valley surrounded by lush green hills. The owner was incredibly hospitable and helpful.

Liked: Friendly owner who couldn't do enough to make our stay able enjoy.

Liked: A beautiful location in a quiet village, beside a river and a waterfall. Perfect way to experience Plitvice lakes away from the crowds. Ivica (the owner) made us feel so welcome and were so kind and friendly. Brilliant advice from Ivica on the places to visit locally for sightseeing and food. Excellent breakfast. The accommodation is so clean and room was a good size. Enjoyed a BBQ out beside the waterfall. The house is only about a 5 min drive from a restaurant and supermarket and 10 mins from the entrance to the national park. We had a car, and I would recommend having your own transport - either a bike, moped or car.. although you could walk to nearby restaurant/shop in about 30 - 40 minutes.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike - we had such a great time there!

Liked: Guys, hands down the best place I have ever stayed. In the middle of the Korana river, at the end of Plitvice, Mr. Luketic is the best guy I have met. He is phenomenal and helps you out with anything you need, treats you like if you are at home, he is just, it was a life-changing experience. If you are going to Plitvice I presume you are fascinated by nature, the location of his home, and his stories in the Croatian war just changed my perspective on things. I cannot thank him more for everything he has done, best place I have ever stayed at. He also lent me his bike to get to the lakes, so I biked like a smooth 3km there, and it is probably the closest town to the lakes, my friends were about 10km away, so I must say, it was phenomenal.
