Liked: This is a perfect place to stay on Sipan. It's quiet, near the beach, self-catering, comfortable and good value for money. We had a great 10 days there. Highly recommend it!

Liked: Amazing location. Beautiful setting. They have their own winery, olive trees, grapes etc Really nice rooms. Close to harbour, kitchen to use. Great place to relax.

Disliked: Only slight downside is that owners don't speak english so can't ask them for tips or info about island etc but they are friendly and everything is provided and clean so was fine.

Liked: Genuinely warm welcome, a real delight to stay there. So lovely to be invited help ourselves to the tomatoes and herbs in the vegetable plot. The outside seating areas are perfect for quiet reading in sun or shade. Stayed there as a family ( two adults and two teenagers) and everyone loved it. We would definitely like to come back.

Liked: we arrived at the location and were greeted with a warm welcome. Eva the host provided drinks which were very welcome after our hot journey to the island. The property was as described very modern and clean with plenty of facilities not to mention a beautiful balcony with outstanding views. The island itself is so very beautiful and peaceful. Enjoyed five sunny and peaceful days on the island and found that there was more than enough places to explore with half a dozen restaurants at either end of the island and the food was most enjoyable. The family who run this accomadation were extremely hospitable and made us feel extremely welcome and on this basis we would definately go back to visit them.

Liked: its quiet location, you can pick your own veg from the owners garden, very clean and very helpful hosts even if they can´t speak your language. A very warm wlecome as well with a shot of local rocket fuel! highly reccomend this place for a few days of relaxation. y the way the isalnd only has one shop, so if you are staying for a few days, stock up in Dubrovnik before you head out there!!

Liked: Location, situated approx 300 meters behind the bay . Beautiful gardens, very peaceful location,pretty much traffic free. Plenty of space to relax,large sun terraces both front and back garden. Kitchen facilities excellent, plenty of cutlery/knifes and crockery to cook proper meals. The owner is very generous with home grown produce, which are delicious. Rooms are comfortable, shuttered windows and fan provided in room. Showers good and always hot water available. Owners provide towels and bedding which on our 5 day stay was completely changed after the 3rd day. Would recommend walking to other village early in the day as very hot mid day.Or you can hail and ride the local bus from the end of the drive at the back garden, if you do not fancy walking to the harbour. We did this on quite a few occasions as we found the bathing easier in this part of the island( walk on the right side of the harbour, and you will find a perfect spot). We also enjoyed the walks close to this property. This property would be ideal for a whole family as there is plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Liked: We came to the Island of Sipan not knowing what to expect. Once we found the accommodation (along a footpath directly behind the harbour and about 500m behind the castle, not the first left, then down a track on the left) we were so pleased with our choice. The location is idyllic set in olive groves and the small town of Sudrad is a great little (quiet) spot perfect for relaxation, good food and lovely people. The accommodation was spacious, clean and modern. The facilities were very good and we had a whole 4 bed apartment to ourselves. The best part is the massive sun terrace with furniture for enjoying the sunshine, peace and quiet. This was probably the nicest place we'd stayed on our trip! Id recommend the sandy beach just outside the town of Sipanski Luka (about a 6k walk which is lovely and worth it). There are a few nice bars and restaurants and I can see it becoming more popular. We also found it a great base for visiting Lopud which has great ice cream and another popular and nice sandy beach. p.s the lady of the house gave us fresh grapes she plucked from the vine and some apples from the garden for our trip!

Liked: It was a calm, beautiful paradise. The family is really serviceminded and really friendly. Very good value for money with clean rooms, kitchen and fresh fruit. Really something to recommend!

Liked: Best (and cheapest) place we stayed on our 7 week trip. House is immaculate and although the owners dont speak much english they are very welcoming. great spot for relaxation. very highly recommended (not for people wanting to party though)

Liked: Location was perfect - quiet island, no sandy beaches this end but plenty of places to swim and sunbathe. Like own self accommodation - kitchen, dining room, tv, and balcony all super and fully equipped. fresh fruit and vegetables every day from the garden very peaceful and quiet, met one other person staying there in the 10 days we were there.
