The location of our 50 apartments and suites are directly by the sea on a privately owned peninsula with a pebbly beach.
Hotel stands on a terraced site and consists of 9 apartment buildings (4-6 apartments per house). All the rooms are facing to the sea, but the houses are standing in two lines behind each other, in the first line close to the sea we have 22 Suites-apartments with mini bar instead of kitchen and 100 % see view. In the second line we have 28 apartments provided also with one or two bedroom, bathroom and living room which are opened together with the dinning room and the kitchen. These apartments are also facing to the sea, but the windows are mainly overlooking the garden.
The hotel was built in 1985 and was completely renovated in 2005. There are a total amount of 170 beds and 28 extra beds.
A peninsula belongs to the hotel, which is very unique. Only 3 such natural geographical formations can be found in Europe. The sea around the peninsula is very suitable for diving, as the seafloor is rocky and it provides home for the most variable sea vegetation. It is possible to rent equipment and instructor for diving in the diving centre. The narrow part of the peninsula is a great beach, as it is covered with pebbles.
Facilities: Balcony or terrace , clothes-dryer, bath with shower cabin, bedclothes, towels, liquid soap, kitchenette, in room safe, smoke detector.
ROOMS:
Two-Bedroom Apartment with Kitchenette (Tariff room rate: 78- 94 -138 EUR.)
These spacious apartments consists of 2 separate bed rooms, with a queen size bed (160x200 cm) in the main room and two single beds (80x190 cm) in the second room. In the living room there are a kitchenette, an eating-corner and a bed sofa (150x190 cm) serving as an extra bed for up to 2 persons. Bathroom is provided with shower cabin, lavatory, WC. Rates are per room for up to 4 people & extra bed rate. All rooms with private balcony. 100 % see view is NOT guaranteed in this room type!
One- Bedroom Apartment with Kitchenette Tariff room rate: 46 - 64 -80 EUR.)
These apartments consists of 1 bed room with a queen size bed, living room with a kitchenette, an eating-corner and a bed sofa (150x190 cm) serving as an extra bed for up to 2 persons. Bathroom is provided with shower cabin, lavatory, WC. All apartments have a terrace but 100 % see view is NOT guaranteed in this room type.
Kitchenette
Living room kitchenettes are supplied with: electric cooking-stove , sink, small fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee-cups, 2 pans, wooden spoon, soup-ladle , bread-basket, chopping board, dish-towel, bottle-opener, kettle, dust-bin, broom.
Two-Bedroom Suite with Mini bar (Tariff room rate: 69- 85 -114 EUR.)
These apartments consist of 2 separate bed rooms and living room. A queen size bed is in the main room and two single beds are in the second room. Mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom is provided with shower cabin, lavatory, WC. All apartments enjoy 100 % view of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and at the beautiful islands from the private balcony.
One-Bedroom Suite with Mini bar (Tariff room rate: 40 - 58 - 70 EUR.)
These apartments are with one bed room with queen size bed and a lounge room. Bathroom is provided with shower cabin, lavatory, WC. Mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities. These rooms enjoy spectacular view of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea from the terrace.

From Vela Luka Harbor pick-up is available on request to take you directly to the Priscapac ApartHotel to Prizba. The journey normally takes 20 minutes. A fee is applicable. Price depends on time of arrival/departure (150 HRK- 200 HRK) for single trip.
