William DupreeDragan Den Hostel itself is a lovely place to stay. Facilities are excellent, location is fine, beautiful view! Dragan, the owner is a very helpful and hospitable guy although he is very forward towards women. Even so, I think this may be just his Turkish heritage so nothing to seriously worry about being a single girl myself. Would definitely recommend this hostel as its the only one of the island! Thanks for all the lifts everywhere Dragan... |

David DugglebyFor a couple that were provisionally dubious of it being to noisey etc... It was a pleasant surprise, where you can mingle @ ease with other like minded people. Dragan was an absolute gem wh would go out of his way for you @ any time of the day (free taxi service), this included a 05:30AM drop off @ the ferry dock. Legend!!! |

Customer reviewEverything was as promised, and Dragan couldn't have been more helpful. The walk is not at all long into town, and is really quite nice. The pick-up (and eventually drop-off!) in a BMW were much appreciated, and the facilities at the house were excellent. Met some great people there - really good atmosphere - and would definitely recommend the place. Dragan is on the hunt for a leading lady though, so female travellers beware... you might end up staying forever... |

Charlotte BurleyDragans Den was a good place to stay. Located just up the hill from Korcula town its near to local beaches but is a good 30min walk to town which could get annoying if you need to do it twice a day in 30 degree heat! The place was really nice, with a pool and all the facilities you need. The host 'Dragan' was certainly a character and took great pleasure in talking you through the hostel, his plans for the future and how everyone must know about his place. Not overly annoying but he did get on a few of the other travellers nerves! All - in all a nice place to stay! |

Customer reviewExcellent facilites and value for money. However, the host made us feel uncomfortable at times by making inappropriate comments and hanging around when we wanted to relax by ourselves. For this reason, I would not recommend the hostel to lone female travellers, but as we were in a group we felt safe. The hostel is further from Korcula centre than it says in the description - 25 mins walk - but this didn't bother us. |

Customer reviewWe stayed there for one night when traveling along the islands and Dragan was most helpfull, we were met of the boat and he drove us to the hostel. He also dropped us back to the boat the next morning at 5.30 which was great. The hostel is at least a half our walk from the town and would not be an easy place to find which is why I think he meets people at the boat. That saves him the bother of answering the telephone a million times due to people being lost. It is a nice place with free use of the laptops and internet connection in the house. He is also very helpfull and easy going. We would recomend this place if you are looking for nice, clean, reasonably priced accommadation. |

Customer reviewNice pool area and balcony to cook and relax, pretty far from the centre though the walk in was nice. Dragan was really helpful picking up from the ferry and driving us to the beach but at times was quite rude. |

Jo KarstensenNice and charming house, with great kitchen facilities, free use of laptops with WiFi and a bunch of DVD's for rainy days... Also Dragan was extremely helpful in every thinkable way - we gave him a call upon arrival, and he picked us up at the bus station a mere five minutes later! The Den is located somewhat on the outskirts of the city itself, but pretty close to the beach. The alleged fifteen minutes walk to the old town is more likely to take you closer to half an hour, but it is a nice walk. Dragan will also deliver you to your ferry, bus etc when you're leaving, and all in all was just a really cool stand up kind of guy! |

Customer reviewIt ha a great atmosphere and was a great place to meet other people. The location is advertised as 15 minutes away from Korcula town, however the walk was actually much longer. The owner was very helpful, but occassionally quite rude to his guests! |

Customer reviewDragan was really helpful in giving us lifts in his car - even in the early hours to catch our ferry. The room was good - lots of space and privacy - also it had air con which we couldn't find much of anywhere else! The atmosphere was OK - not as good as other hostels we stayed at in Croatia though |

James HodgsonOwner very friendly, picked up and dropped off at ferry terminal. Very helpful with suggestions of where to go and directions for getting around. Great facilities including washing machine, drying racks and laptop/ interent amongst others. Great location away from the really touristy side (though still an easy walk). A couple of good restaurants/ bars, beach and a supermarket in the immediate area too. |

Customer reviewGreat place to meet other backpackers- especially given that it was raining. Internet access and dvd player in the lounge made a two day torrential downpour quite fun. |
