Liked: Great facilities - a kitchen on each floor, a pool out the back, free wifi. Dragan went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable, giving us advice on places to eat, and even organising onward travel to and affordable accommodation in Dubrovnik. A twenty minute walk to the old town, but near two good restaurants, a cafe-bar and a supermarket.

Liked: The hostel is surprisingly big and beautiful, with very modern features. Feels more like a boutique hotel than a backpacker hostel. Really great rates, and Dragan is a very accommodating host, dropping us off at the ferry terminal at 6am. Definitely recommend a stay at Dragan's Den. Fara, London

Liked: The dorm room is very standard but the private rooms are gorgeous! Huge beds, spacious rooms. There are two kitchens, pool, bbq, 3 bathrooms and heaps of extra facilities.I highly recommend this place!

Liked: Excellent facilities (free laundry, internet, kitchens, entertainment center), clean and well-kept. Dragan was a helpful and friendly host. About 20 minutes walking from city centre.

Liked: Really great place to stay and relax. Not the best location to explore Korcula Town but then there isn't a whole bunch there, and DD is on the way to Lombarda beach, the other thing you'll want to do on the island :)

Liked: This hostel had the best facilities - two fully equipped kitchens, free washing, a pool... to name a few. Dragan was awesome. He picked us up from the ferry no problems, upgraded us to a private room for free and organised a free taxi for us to the port when we needed to leave. It's super clean and the walk is nice into the old town. Would highly highly recommend.

Liked: Only owner picking up and dropping us at boat station. He proposed us different places to discover, a spot to jump/dive from 5-8meters, nice restaurant, sandy beach… it is the only place (6 during our trip) that we met and hang out with nice people.

Liked: Dragan very friendly and helpful, free pickup and drop off at the bus/ferry, very clean, good atmosphere, amazing hostel and facilities, swimming pool, free interenet, 2 huge very modern kitchens, free washing.

Liked: Communal areas lovely with swimming pool, outside seating. two lounges and 2 kitchens so good for meeting other people. The double rooms were lovely and worth the tiny amount extra for them as the dorms are huge (20 beds) sharing 1 bathroom. Free washing machines to use.

Disliked: The owner is very intense - particuarly a problem to women although he means no harm it gets pretty annoying when theres always derogatory comments etc many of the girls ended up trying to avoid him (very difficult!!!). Bathroom drain blocked and so bathroom would flood with showers. Overall if you can put up with a sleazy man then i would recommend it!!

Liked: Dragans Den had everything travellers want in a hostel - There are plenty of places to drink, eat and cook and the layout makes it easy to meet and have fun with other travellers. Plus there is a pool and barbeque, and the staff take you out and give you all the assistance neccessary for moving on to other places in Croatia. It makes way for some messy nights!!!

Disliked: There isn't much you can say wrong about it, except it is a little way from the old town, but the Dragan himself offers to take guests to the beach, or town if he has a free moment in the day. Plus the area it is situated in is close to some amazing views and cheap off licenses!!

Liked: The Dragan is one of a kind! He is an awesome bloke who wants you to have a great time at his hostel. But sometimes at night, we're pretty sure he lives a double life as a dog?! It is friendly, accommodating and Memorable! Friends, boats, churches, BBQ's, Guitars, singing, dancing and the almighty Disco room! Best memories of my trip. Epic

Liked: excellent villa. 2 kitchens, 2 balconies, 3 full size bathrooms(with a window!) and lovely pool area with sunloungers.nice walk into town.only downside was that the dorm had 20 beds in a small space in a cellar! Along with 8 separate private rooms.really good base and i would go back.had a hairdryer and washing machine to use.Loved Korcula too, hired bikes for 2 days.

Disliked: all the people coming and going in the dorm...no nightlights or separate plugs or lockers!

Liked: Although a bit of a walk from the old town, staying here was good value for money and the owner (Dragan) was helpful. The walk to the old town is actually quite nice with some great views on the way!

Liked: it had a swimming pool, and free laundry. Also, 2 kitchens

Disliked: The owner is a bit sleazy, may ask for hugs and kisses, and a date.. Just refuse, and he will eventually back off. (hopefully) He may also tell you that he is better and smarter than you.. You will see that clearly he isn't. The dorm room is in a dungeon like room, beds uncomfortable.. Distance: its far, and too hot to walk into town..

Liked: All the communal spaces are really nice, it was great to have the use of kitchens and the swimming pool is brilliant for a hot day.. and that they had washing machines to use.The hostel owner is very helpful and will give you a lift if you ask him.

Disliked: not neccessarily for families or couples looking for a quiet break..but perfect for travellers wanting to socialise and looking for a friendly place.

Liked: Good large kitchens with balcony, free internet and rooms were large

Disliked: Overall feel of the place was very strange - lots of young american girls seemed to be in charge of the 'cleaning' but didnt do a very good job of it. Dragan himself is very clingy and even pitched up at the beach one afternoon just to spend time with some of his (female) guests. Location is quite far from the main town and is in the middle of a residential area. All in all we spent as little time in the hostel as possible.

Liked: DRAGAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY... HE PICKED US UP FROM THE FERRY AND TOOK US TO THE HOSTEL. AND EVEN THE NEXT DAY OFFERED TO DRIVE US TO THE BEACH IN A GROUP.

Liked: everything you need whilst travelling is availible and of good quality. outdoor pool and a fun atmosphere in the house.

Liked: great hostel where you feel like home.as a solo female traveller, i was a little bit worried about all theses bad comments about the owner. seriously, dragan is not that bad. yeah, he likes womens but he is respectful. he's all alone, don't blame him to like being surround people. dragan will also take you wherever you need in town. that's great. the staff is very nice too. girls who like to party and they invited you to join them for dinner or party!I really enjoy my stay at this hostel. would recommand it to everyone, even a solo female traveller! ;)

Disliked: about 20minutes walk from the center of korcula. not that far (and great view while we walk) but still... wifi is sooo slow.

Liked: Great villa with pool and access to laptops and free internet anytime. Staff were great fun and made you feel welcome....the villa is about 20 mins walk to town but is a great walk with some stunning views. Would definately recommend for the price!
