HOW TO GET TO VILLA SOLE Korcula Croatia (by CAR )

If you arrive in the main port by the old town, from Split or Dubrovnik you take the following route.

1. Follow Direction Lumbarda or Ferry OREBIC passing the bus station in the town
2. Drive uphill and downhill for 3 KM pass junction Lumbarda go direction Ferry OREBIC
for 200 M.follow the signpost SOLINE and turn RIGHT of the main road
3. Go straight for 900 yards past the residential area until you reach the suburbs.
4. Continue for 900yrds through the road
5. upon reaching a residential area, go straight and 6 houses before the end of the road is a
RED porch. This is Villa Sole on the left hand side arriving from Korcula


If you arrive by ferry from OREBIC you take the following route.

1. Follow Direction Lumbarda KORCULA passing Bon Repos Hotel on the right
side of the road
2. Drive for 800 Meter follow the signpost SOLINE and turn LEFT of the main road
3. Go straight for 900 Meter past the residential area until you reach the suburbs.
4. Continue for 900 Meter through the road
5. Upon reaching a residential area, go straight and 6 houses before the end of the road is a
RED porch. This is Villa Sole on the left hand side arriving from Korcula



HOW TO GET TO VILLA SOLE Korcula Croatia (ON FOOT)

If you arrive in the main port by the old town, you take the following route.

1. Go to the bus station in the town (there is only one)
2. Walk 4 800 yards along the seafront and a plethora of catering establishments.
3. Upon getting to the hotel Marko Polo, go straight on at the crossroads for 1 km under a
shaded road
4. Upon getting to a big hill, go up till u reach a cafe called SKOJAR
5. Turn left then walk 200yrs until you reach a signpost directing you to Soline.
6. Go straight for 800 yards past the residential area until you reach the suburbs.
7. Continue for 800yrds through the road
8. upon reaching a residential area, go straight and 6 houses before the end of the road is a
RED porch. This is Villa Sole.

I know this sounds a bit complicated, but unless you are carrying a large amount of luggage it is quite a pleasant walk.
Cabs are available from Korcula (about £6)

If you are arriving by car,
1. Go towards the OREBIC FERRY SIGNS (past the bus station)
2. Follow the road for 2km and turn left at the crossroads for Lumbarda.
3. After 400 yards, you will see a sign for SOLINE (the name of the place where Villa sole is.
Then follow point six from the walking instructions.
