Ciovo is connected by a bridge to the town of Trogir, a famous cultural and historical tourist destination. Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find Ciovo vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe. During the day enjoy in local beaches, sun and coffee shops
taste local cuisine and sample the friendly people of the village.
Alternatively rent a car and explore the natural beauties of the island or visit town Trogir, get familiar with its history and the local culture. Or take a 30-minute drive to Split and wander through the 1700 year old alleyways of the Diocleceans Palace. For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October.
Easy and regular access to the mainland makes it a great place to have not just a relaxing beach holiday with the whole island to explore by scooter, boat or car, but also makes for a convenient base from which to visit the historic sites of Split, Trogir, beautiful Krka waterfalls, adventures rafting on Cetina river.
Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, and wind-surfing.

Directions / How to find your hostel
Take a taxi from Split airport to the checkin office in Trogir where you will be fast track checked in whilst the taxi waits, then onto the appt. The cost is approx 250kn. Alternatively take a bus from the airport to the check in office (approx 20kn) then a bus or taxi (approx 150kn) to the apt. Directions to the apt will be issued with the key at checkin
