Liked: Quite a good hostel. however, you cant hang out on the terrace after 10.30pm, so you all have to move inside. It gets extremely noisy after ppl move inside, so if you want to sleep before midnight dont stay here. but if you want to party and meet lots of people, its the best place to stay. Staff were really helpful, and i generally enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Excellent hostel! If you are going to Brac, stay here! Great place to meet people, hostel has loads of character and staff are awesome.Tip: If you can't get the wifi to work, rather than enter the password in caps lock as provided by the hostel then simply enter the password in lower case =)

Liked: Shangri La is a very new hostel and tho not everything runs smooth, which is not bad at all and gives a nice and natural atmosphere. The staff is organizing activities and encourages the group to go out together at night to the different bars and clubs in Supetar. The city has a nice marina with many restaurants and good shoppinmg facilities. The beaches are close by, clean and just wonderful. Also the beach bars and water sport offers are various. A nice place to spend a couple of days.

Liked: I loved Shangri La so much that I stayed for an additional 5 nights!! Dave, Dora and Vinko are awesome - extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and loads of fun. The hostel is gorgeous... clean, fabulous facilities and the terrace is just perfect for lazy afternoons or late night drinks with new-found friends. The beach is a 10 min walk away and a swim or sun bake each day is a must! I can't rave enough about Shangri La - I'll definitely be back and will be recommending it to everyone I know.

Liked: This was a fantastic hostel! It is situated looking out over the sea towards Split and the mountains behind. It is super clean and modern throughout. It has a great terrace with comfy seats looking out over the sea, a Moroccan sitting area and a great common room with a plasma TV, lots of DVDs and a hard drive full of music. Its got free internet on computers AND wifi! (Not like some hostels where they say they have it but they only have wifi in one corner!!) Its got a great kitchen and dining room and really great hot showers. Not that you need it, it was sunny the whole time and the water is soooo clean. The staff are the best though. Vinko, Dora and Dave are just fantastic. Great fun and a really chilled atmosphere. This is one of the best hostels in Europe by a long way. Recommend it to all.

Liked: Excellent hostel. Staff is friendly and very attentive. A bit difficult to find on your own, but the town is small so this is not a serious problem. Beds are excellent and rooms are clean.
