Liked: this place was amazing!!! the day we got there they upgraded us to the apartment suite.. we were on the 3rd floor and had a great view of the ocean and the whole town...only down side was you have to walk up a huge hill to get to the place...but its a good workout and well worth it.. plus the family is soo cute..and they gave us juice and let us go on the internet for free anddddddd did our laundry!!! couldnt have asked for anything more...it was the perfect vacation... we loved it!!

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided bus/ferry timetables, maps etc. The room was immaculately clean and was extremely good value for money. We found the laundry facilities and internet particularly handy and it was great to have a TV in the room! We had the choice between preparing meals in our private kitchenette or joining other guests in the communal areas, getting the best of both worlds!

Liked: The family who run this hostel were very friendly. One of the daughters, Brankiska was particularly helpful and friendly. They responded promptly to a missed telephone call a few days before I arrived and even offerred to meet me at the ferry terminal and drive me to the hostel. The hostel isn't luxurious but it was simple and clean. It's tucked away in a residential part of the town (pay attention when you're leaving so you can find you're way back) but not too far from a supermarket and the shore and it's hillside location gave a great view at dusk of the sunset on the mountain ranges across the bay on the mainland (and also the approaching thunderstorm the next morning!)

Liked: The hostel has two balconies where you can cook your own diner and eat on a large table. The staff is very friendly. It's positioned in a quiet beighbourhood. It's a 10 minute walk to the boulevard where supermarkets, bars and restaurants are positioned.

Liked: Friendly and extremely helpful staff that went out of there way to ensure we had a comfortbale and enjoyable stay. Brankica, the hotel manager, picked us up and took us back to the ferry port which was great with our heavy rucksacs. Nothing was too much trouble.
