Liked: Lovely hostel. The staff are as friendly as can be. The location is really good, its smack in the middle of old town, but expect to walk up a fair number of stairs to get there. They have a kitchen you can use for breakfast, but not dinner. I imagine this is a good place to meet people during the high season, but I was 1 of 2 people staying at the time so I didnt meet anyone. I highly recommend staying here, the hospitality of the Zakaria's is unbeatable.

Liked: Really friendly and helpful owner, fantastic location. Nice ariy big clean rooms. Large outdoor common area with lovely view of the harbour. Kitchen and dinning area provided.

Liked: Amazing view from our room! The owners are so nice and helpful, showed us a map with all the places we should see. Follow the directions carefully and you'll find the house, if not you may get horribly lost. Very clean and quiet. A great place to stay!

Liked: Beautiful location, spotlessly clean. Very peaceful. The welcome and introduction to the island given on arrival really sets the tone: the hosts are fantastic.

Liked: We sayed here for two nights while inHvar and we must say it is a lovely place. The owner came to meet us in the square and showed us where it was. It is up a good few steps but the walk is lovely, through little alley ways etc. He was more than helpful with everything, advising us on where to go to eat and what to see and also with boat and bus times. We recommend this place to anyone looking for nice, comfortable, reasonably priced accommodation. Thanks a lot.

Liked: The room was the best room i stayed in during my whole trip, spacious and nicely decorated. the actual location of the apartments were amazing, right in the old town and a really nice walk to the centre. There was a big terrace with a kitchen which was great, a really good way to meet other people and a lovely place to sit and watch the sunset and hang out after a day on the beach.

Liked: It does take some effort to climb the stairs to reach the house, but the location is really good, you can be in the centre in a few minutes. The balcony is also great to have some drinks before going out, the view is fantastic. The owners are also very nice. You have to pay extra for the air-conditioning.

Liked: The room was clean, so were the facilities. The hostel is in a good location, a walk uphill, just outside the main part of the town. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Nice location, good description to get there, because Hvar is full of little streets and it's easy to get lost :)The couple that owns the guesthouse gave us a welcome drink and took the time to give us good information of Hvar! We felt really welcome!Nice rooms and a common terrace, a good place to meet new people!

Liked: We have been traveling around Europe for the last 3 weeks and this is by far the best place we have stayed!! On arrival the owners had a refershing glass of Juice waiting for us and offered loads advice about the island of Hvar. Our room was cool, relaxing and spotless just what you need after a long trip. As regards cost this is one of the most reasonable places around! Do stay here and enjoy, it really is a home away from home!

Liked: The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is 5 minutes walking to the harbour and main square but its 5 min. of taking stairs. This is a great value for your money. you cannot go wrong here.
