Liked: It's a large property perfect for 6 friends staying in Hvar for a few nights. We had been staying in hostels and this was such a nice change. As we were 6 it was the same price as staying in a hostel (if not cheaper!) and so much nicer. There is a large kitchen with everything you need, AC, 3 bathrooms (!) and the beds were really comfortable. We had a table outside where we could have meals in the shade. There are also balconies to dry your clothes. It's really quite big so that although it's 6 people in one house noone is stepping over each other. It's about 15 minute walk downhill to town and some beaches. We were recommended another beach which is meant to be the most beautiful of the island and it was about 25 min walk the long way but the owner said there was a shortcut. The owners are friendly although speak little English. He offered to pick us up from the bus station and drive us back when we left. I would recommend accepting this offer because it's a long walk up the hill especially if you don't know where you're going!
Disliked: There's really nothing bad I could say about this property. I guess the eating area outside isn't particularly private since people walk past to get to there houses but this didn't cause us a problem. As I said it was slightly difficult to communicate with the owners but there were also others around to translate and we got by easily in sign language!
