Overview
Welcome to Curin family house; open through the whole year. It is located near the main city beach.
We offer 28 beds in 10 air conditioned, secure, clean and comfortable rooms -available with 1, 2, 3 or 4 beds - apartments have 2, 3, 4 and 5-10 beds.
Each bedroom and apartment has a bathroom with shower and hot water, Satellite TV, small fridge, heating and a terrace or balcony. Every room has access to a kitchen.
Every room has Air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi access and/or a LAN connection.
We have been running this guesthouse for over 25 years and treats ever guest like an old friend.
Every room has Air-conditioning. To use Air condition it is 5.00 Euros per day per room.
Every room has a fan. To use fan is free.For winter period: we have central heating - It is free.
We offer free of charge parking- in our large car parking lot /23 cars/ for our guests.
Free pick up service from the main bus station in Hvar – free shuttle service.
Free towels and bed linen, city maps, short term luggage, local phone calls
Laundry is available and is free of charge for guest staying more than 4 days.

Accommodation Information
Single rooms come with comfortable single beds, twins with two single beds and the triple room is made up of a double and one single bed or three single beds. 4 bed room = double and 2 single beds or 4 singles beds.
Bed sheets, linen and towels are provided.
Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with 24hour hot shower, Satellite TV and a terrace or balcony.
Every room has access to a fully equipped kitchen. A market for food and drinks is just 20 metres from the house.
Please note: Check-out time is 10:00 am and check-in time is preferably at 13:00 pm.
If you need to arrive at any time please just let us know beforehand.

The house is located in a residential zone - west side of the town Hvar, ten minutes to get the centre of town. And 3 minutes to reach the sea and beaches.
A large market is just 20 metres away from the house. Grand Beach Resort is 100 metres away.
Hotel Amfora is 100 metres away
Amfora Beach Resort is 2 minutes and Hulla Hulla Beach Bar also 100 metres far.
Night/Disco club is 350 metres away.
The house is very near to tennis courts.
All is within easy walking distance.
