Liked: This is a really cheap place for everything you want, close to a good beach, air con (although not included in the price) small kitchen and own bathroom.

Disliked: the host was unable to pick us up on this occasion from the ferry, this place is very hard to locate as the incorrect address was supplied and no directions given. The apartment is on the very outskirts of the city, so if you want to head in to town every night expect a long walk home up hill. This place is perfect for someone that wants to spend their time at the beach and not go out every night.

Liked: These apartments are amazing! great value for money, run by an incrediably friendly family and in an excellent location, only 5mins walk from an a gorgeous beach. Also incrediably clean.

Disliked: Nothing, everything perfect.

Liked: Bit of a stomp up the hill but didn't mind about the noise from 7 lads, playing cards and drinking a bit outside the rooms.

Liked: Family was very helpful; they picked us up from busstation, which was really nice. House was very beautiful and clean. In overall, a perfect place to stay!

Disliked: The only minus was that wireless internet did not reach our room.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at Apartments Vera. The location is perfect, we enjoyed stunning views from our balcony, it couldn't have been cleaner and Vera and her family were friendly, welcoming and so very helpful. If we ever go back to Hvar - we will absolutely stay here. With a stunning beach literally on your doorstep and town only a 10 minute walk away its just perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Liked: nice view from the apartment.good size balcony

Disliked: the kitchen wasnt clean, the fridge didnt close properly and had mould in it. We thought it would have proper air conditioning also.

Disliked: Noise all night starting with drunken drinking Croations and following up with load screeching compulating cats. See above We left after one night.

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean when we arrived. The host was really friendly and even cooked our dinner on the 3rd night. The family who ran the apartments were extremely welcoming, offering us food and wine and making our stay very relaxing. We were picked up from the bus stop which was very handy, the wireless internet and free use of the house laptop in the evening was very convenient. Its within 5 mins walk of a great beach and a short walk down to Hvar Town Centre. I would seriously recommend Apartments Vera

Liked: The friendliness and the many ways they went out of their way to make the stay more enjoyable such as meeting me at the bus station and picking up my husband who arrived later on the other side of the island. We ended up staying 5 nights instead of 3. Terrace with a wonderful view for breakfast as well as ourt own private big balcony overlooking Hvar. Big , clean rooms and bathroom with solar powered warm water.

Disliked: The location was a bit of an issue if you needed to walk to old town. 10 minutes down easy, but 20 minutes up and carrying groceries with heat, tiresome. If you had a car, no issue as plenty of parking available. Having said that, a great beach 5 minutes away.
