The Green Lizard is in a great location – it’s situated in a nice and quiet area near the beach, only a short 5 minute walk from the centre of Hvar town.
Hvar town - sometimes known as the 'Ibiza of Croatia' - is famous for beautiful beaches and its lively nightlife. Staying at the Lizard, you’re never far from the action!
We offer clean accommodation in newly remodeled, small dorm rooms with fewer beds. Beds are comfortable and sturdy. A couple of private en-suite double rooms are also available.
The atmosphere at the Lizard is social and relaxed. It is very easy to meet people in the garden just outside the kitchen, where you can sit down and enjoy your meal and a few drinks. The terrace with the view of the bay and islands is another communal area where you can chill out and enjoy beautiful sunset on the sea.
The owners, two young sisters, are friendly and will provide you with maps of Hvar and travel information, and direct you to the best beaches, bars and restaurants.
