Traditional stone house, very quiet area, stunning sea views and only a few minutes walk to the sea.
This family-run stone house is set in a lush enviroment of pine woods, olive groves and flower gardens on the beautiful island of Hvar. Situated 200m from the sea, it offeres superbly relaxing views of the sea and surrounding islands. The Villa is sheltered by St.Nikola's, the highest peak of the island.

Villa Perka features 3 spacious apartments, each with separate entrance and large terrace with stunning sea view. Apartments consist of double bedrooms, each with ensuit private bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and living room. Two of them even have a larder. Facilities at the villa include the parking place, use of fireplace, Wi-Fi.
