Liked: the room was very clean. had air conditioning. it was a bit of a walk to the old city - but definitely doable. the gardens were very pretty and it had a great family run atmosphere.

Liked: Beautiful big garden. Close to the ferries & main bus station. It is literally off the main street by the port - hidden away behind a big ancient wall. We stayed here right before flying out. It is about a 10 - 15 walk to the central bus station.

Liked: Clean, large air conditioned rooms, friendly family run atmosphere - free figs from the gorgeous garden! Old town was only a 5 minute bus ride away - 8Kn.

Liked: Friendliness of the owner, Tony. The atmosphere of the place was great with the grape vines and fruits growing everywhere. Also Tony cooked us a great meal the one night and got us to taste his home made wine and grappa!

Liked: Beautiful garden, very friendly and helpful people. Great location for catching both local bus and ferries. Also easy to get to and from the airport. Up from the road a ways, so it is quiet and peaceful.

Liked: such a beautiful place! tony, the guy who runs it is great, really friendly and helpful! back from the street, so you don't hear street noise at night, and the setting is fantastic - beautiful garden!it's a bit of a walk to town, but right near bus stops in that direction. close to bus and ferry terminals.

Liked: The host Toni was very helpful and friendly and made you feel welcome. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The location is also very good, right between the old town and the beaches of lapad.
