The apartment is situated along the coast line in Saint Jacob district of Dubrovnik. It is the only district where you are at the sea level with the Old Town.
This offers beautiful views of the city and surrounding areas. Local sand and pebble beach is only 100 m away. The Old Town is 20 minute walking distance.
The apartment consists of one bedroom, living room with full kitchen, bathroom, TV and air conditioning and out door terrace with view of Old Town.
