Situated on the seaside and only a 15 minute walk from the center, a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and 1 minute to the beach. We have a big terrace and garden in a quiet area.

There's one large bedroom (12 meters sq.), which has a double bed, a balcony with a view of the sea (50 meters from the sea) and one balcony (10 meters sq.) looking at the terrace. There is also a fireplace, garden with grapes, orange and lemon trees and flowers. We have a living room together with a dinning room and a large balcony (also facing the sea) the size of this is 30 meters sq. There is also a bathroom, one small single room and a kitchen.
The terrace is stone plated with a fireplace and the facilities to make some grill specialties, (meat or fish or vegetables) for lunch or supper. In the photos you san see a terrace, living room, one of the bedrooms and a view from the balcony.
We are situated in the middle of the city on the seaside, but positioned in such a way that there is no traffic or rush; so we are in a very, very quiet neighborhood. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Old town (very center of Dubrovnik). There is beach right next to the house (only 50 stairs to the sea) or sandy beaches (one of which is a 10 minutes walk and the others are a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car.)
