 The twin room at the top has a really nice vibe and a lovely little balcony to catch the morning sun. You couldn't ask for a better location. Central but quiet at night for lots of sleep.

The owners are lovely people really made you feel very welcome and at home. Great location, fantastic room with kitchen down stairs where breakfast is made for you daily. I wouldn't classify this place as a hostel by any means. This is a privately owned 3 level house which gives you privacy and comfort. Thank you for our stay we would be back again without a doubt should we return to Dubrovnik!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and the central location was excellent. Would definitely recommend Villa Flora.

You experience how residents of Old Dubroknic live. The room we had, the Oleandra, had what we needed: a good a/c, our own bathroom, a hair dryer, and our own key to go and come as we pleased. The room was spacious, and we saw our gracious host for breakfast. She was kind enough to take care of our laundry, as well. The location is great for it is near the Pile Gate, and close to everything in the old city

Our housekeeper was an exceptional person - friendly, warm and exceedingly helpful. The apartment is located on Palmoticeva which is lined with a great cafe and a great restaurant. The closeness of the apartment to Pile Gate makes this place wonderfully accessible and convenient.

Very Clean, only three rooms,one per each level, real homestay feeling.
Good location. Accepted offer of airport transfer for a modest fee with driver not only taking us to hostel, even carried our bags to the room.

Unexpected bonus of having breakfast Prepared (!) for us each morning by a most kind 'housekeeper' who also kindly arranged for her son to drive us to the airport at 6 in the morning!

A gorgeous hostel with quite small rooms but the villas location is fantastic! There are a few stairs to get to it but it was worth it as it was right in the heart of Dubrovnik. A great Smoothie bar down the stairs and hundreds of restaurants nearby. The air conditioners made up for the extreme heat and noise levels were negligible. The proprietor was very sweet and the breakfasts were great.

Location in the old town was excellent. Staff was helpful and hostel was ceal, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended!
