It was a very pleasant room in a private house, the view was nice and the hosts very freindly and welcoming. I would definitly stay here again and would also reccomend the place to others

although not near the old town, there is an excellent bus service to and from grad. the family that run the hostel were lovely and very informative. The hostel is up a very long set of steps- great for the buns!!

The people who run this hostel are the friendliest,great spot in the middle of the new and old town and bus stop to old town is right outside entrance to hostel.

Friendly host who gave us advice about what to do in Dubrovnik. Rooms clean but traditional (not modern). 15 minutes' downhill walk to the old town and lots of steps! Facilities (shared kitchen and bathroom with one other room) are clean but not modern and very basic.

it was a private room... not exactly a hostel more an apartment room. man there is helpful and collected us from bus station...

The owner family are warm and kind. The house is very neat and quiet. Both the bus terminal and the old town are in walk distance (so you do not need to use a bus during the stay), and it was so nice to sit at the terrace and enjoy a glass of house-made wine at night.

The owners were great, even invited us in to watch the football! Its located midway between the old and new towns - an easy walking distance to both which gives you a great choice of beaches and sights!

Good sized room under a family home. One host english speaking and was keen to offer guidance. Very welcoming and lovely owners. Access not brilliant, many steps to climb with big suitcases! Located midway between old and new town which was both beneficial but at times not as convenient.

Ante , the owner, and his parents were so accomodating and friendly. They really made us feel welcome and at home. The place was pretty much halfway between the harbor and old town, about 20 minutes either way. For the ladies you may want to take taxis home at night, which was about ten euros. Otherwise it was really nice.

these were the friendliest people we have met. they were so nice. they were waiting for us at the ferry port and drove us back to the house. the room was really big and clean. they even let us watch the croatia vs brazil football match with them and a lot of their family, it was a great experience and they put out some nice food and drink for us too. they were always so friendly when we were coming in or going out, and the guy had a good sense of humour. definitely reccomend it if you want a nice, relaxing stay in dubrovnik, which is absolutley beautiful by the way.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and we were very happy. The owners were an adorable, elderly couple who met us with a glass of orange and home-made buns and made us feel very welcome. The hostel is situated between the new and old town, and has a good kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for couples! Taigh and Fiona

The family that run it was very hospitable and even made us breakfast one day. It was very clean and had a nice view from the balcony.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful -- he gave us a map of dubrovnik, recommended some good beaches and other things to do, and even let us watch the croatia-austria football match on his tv with his family! The room was clean and pleasant as well, with a balcony with a great view of the water and the city.
