Liked: Milo, the owner, was fantastic! He even came to pick me up last minute from the bus station with an hours notice.

Disliked: People always comment about how many steps from Old Town this is. It REALLY is a hike, especially back UP the 491 steps, when they really aren't lit up at night.

Liked: This is the most fabulous place. Milo and his family are so wonderful. I will always come back to Villa Klaic!

Liked: It was nice for us to reach the place after travelling for so long. We had nice time in there with nice views of the old town of the city and the sea. Mr Klaic explained us interesting places of the city to visit and help us with all the needs we had.

Liked: Milo was amazing!! Staying for one night was such a waste, we wish we could have been there for much, much longer!! We will be sure to come back and stay again, and advise anyone who goes to Dubrovnik to only stay here!!

Liked: Was excellent living at Villa Klaic, we experienced hospitality at it's best. Milo and his team are excellent hosts and very helpful. Throughout our stay Milo and his team went the extra mile to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible, thank you! We lived in an an self contained apartment with an amazing view overlooking Dubrovnik. The apartment and the other facilities were impeccably maintained. The property also boasts a pool which is great to use after coming back from a hot day walking through old town.

Disliked: It was rather far from the old city, with quite a number of steps to climb. Alternatively one can take a bus going up to Villa Klaic for about 8 Kunah.

Liked: Milo and his wife are friendly and provided us free transport to-from the bus station. Very good breakfast. Nice little pool. Very quiet.

Disliked: Be aware that it is 500 hundreds steps away from the old town. But it keeps you in shape while traveling! They did not clean the room during our stay (4 days). Also, we had to ask to get toilet paper. But they did change the towels though.

Liked: The main goal of this place is Milo and his family, such nice people they rally make you feel confortable. Beautifull views of the sea above Dubrovnik area, very clean rooms definitely reccomend to all visiting Dubrovnik.

Disliked: Frequency of local bus service from town.

Liked: Great location 10 minutes walk from the City Walls. As long as you don't mind a couple hundred steps to and from the City this will be ideal. Owner of the guest house was extremely helpful and accommodated all our needs to discover the beautiful city. Can't say enough good things about this place - Value for money, exceptional hospitality and great location...............

Disliked: Nothing really. As long as your don't have a phobia of steps

Disliked: Nothing! Not to good if you don't like steps... about a 10 min walk into down down about 100 steps..not a problem for us but for less active people may find it a struggle

Liked: I would like to remark that the Staff (Milo, Ivo) extremely friendly people. They are always there for help and advice. Property/facilites are extremely Clean. I would highly recommend this place to stay in such a wonderful city that Dubrovnik is.

Disliked: Please note that there are too many stairs to get the Villa Klaic from Dubrovnik Center. That is the only problem I found it. But it keeps you fit.

Liked: Our family of five had a very comfortable night's stay at the Villa Klaic. Excellent personal service. The free transfer to and from the bus/ ferry station is a major plus. Great view!

Liked: AMAZING GUESTHOUSE!!! MILO IS A FANTASTIC GUY AND WELCOMED US WITH A BEER. HIS WIFE DROVE US 30 MINUTES TO THE AIRPORT! SUCH KIND PEOPLE.HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOR YESTERDAY MILO!!

Disliked: OTHER THAN THE 20 MINUTE WALK UP THE HILL, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Liked: Villa Klaic in Dubrovnik, Croatia was a great place to stay, very friendly hosts that made you very welcome. The location was very central and had a great pool to refresh yourself after climbing alot of steps but the view made it worthwhile. Very clean place.

Liked: The room was absolutely spotless with a fridge which was welcome as it was very hot while we were there. We were prepared for the steps but they were still hard work although the pool was a great way to cool down. Milo picked us up for free from the bus station and his wife left us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight so all in all a great stay. Would return again.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Klaic. Milo and his family are very friendly and helpful, he came to pick us up at the bus station on our arrival. The Villa is lovely; the pool is great for relaxing by and the breakfast was fab. The Villa is 15 minute walk down the stepped streets, this was fine but could be a little hard work when walking back up! All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it

Liked: We only stayed at Villa Klaic for one night, but wished we had found it earlier! After a month of travels this was by far the best value accommodation that we had and the friendliest hosts. The apartment was brand new and spotless, the owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the common areas and pool were a fantastic treat. A great place!

Liked: Great value in Dubrovnik - there's free breakfast, a generous welcome drink, cheap airport pickup, and free lifts to the ferry and bus terminal. The location was great too - since being directly in the old town can be hellish when it's full of tourists, but being too distant (closer to Lapad penninsula) means dealing with the same hoards packed on a bus. Milo was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Beutifully situated on the top of Dubrovnik through alleys of nice stonehouses and gardens are this tiny oasis situated.The hostel is nice and proffesionally taken care of.We gladly recommend Villa Klaic , my daughter of 10 in particular appreciated the pool.//Anki-Sweden

Liked: Milo Klaic was the ULTIMATE host. He's the kind of person that, when you meet him, you feel as if you have always known him. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. He and his family are down-to-earth and lovely people. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Klaic to anyone who travels even close to Dubrovnik.
