Liked: the couple running it are amazing. it is a bit out of the way in terms of location, but buses make that a pretty small problem. I met a lot of great people at this place, and probably rank it amongst the best hostels that I have ever stayed at.

Liked: A lot of young people was having good time there.The son was helpful to inform about the place to go and offered some activities for fun and trusty about the money as well.I had a good talking with his mother and his father gave me a ride to bus station in the early morning.Good family-run hostel!

Liked: This is by far one of the best hostels that i have stayed in thus far, and that is due entirely to the incredible staff--or should i say family that opens there home to a dozen backpackers daily. I was treated more like an intimate family friend than a customer, and Milka, the loving "backpacker's mom," was always cooking something delicious and sharing it with whoever happened to be around. In my opinion, Dubrovnik owes part of its unique charm to this very special place.

Liked: AWESOME! Stay here if you have the chance! I have been to over 20 hostels and this family is by far the most accommodating and nice....it feels more like home than a hostel as everyone is eager to ask about your day and offer you a drink!!! Free internet also rocks! I look forward to returning to Dubrovnik!!!!

Liked: The hostel directions were slightly confusing however the property itself was brilliant. It felt like had our own apartment during the time that we were there and the views were awesome. As well, the family welcomed us in as if we were long lost relatives. We would definitely come back.

Liked: a bit offside from old city (the one and only interesting thing in dubrovnik) but good public transportation. nice place and people who runs it.

Liked: Whilst the hostel wasn't very close to the Old Town, it was very close to the bus stop that took you there and the bus is very frequent. The hostel owners were very friendly and helpful. They were always interested to hear what you were doing and would advise if they knew how to do something in the area. There was an area where you could watch movies if you wanted. You could always prepare your own food and the internet was free to use. Nice outdoor patio.

Liked: Owner was very friendly & welcoming. Bathrooms were lovely & clean. The only downside of the hostel was its distance from the old town, but it was walkable.
