Liked: The owner is really really friendly and helpful she even gave us beer in the evening and coffee and breakfast in the morning even though this wans?t part of the package she made us feel very welcome

Liked: Danika was an absolute star; picking us up from the airport, explaining the buses, good places to eat and drink. Not to mention the homely feel to the place. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Liked: The owner could not do enough for us and is a truly lovely person. The harbour and island views would command a $500 a night price tag in Sydney or Melbourne. We could walk to the Old Town quite easily but there is a bus stop only 150 metres away that takes you there and back

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Danica Guesthouse. Danka our host could not have been more helpful. Meeting us off the boat, filling us in on local highlights and helping us book tours and tickets. She simply could not do enough for us, even treating us to some homecooked Croatian cuisine!! There is a bus stop very close by and buses are reliable, regular and cheap. Watching the sunset over the Elephiti Islands from the balcony is a highlight.

Liked: We only stayed here one night and as we flew out early the next morning, we didn't really get to experience the hostel fully.however, we did really enjoy a great night's sleep and Danica was such a sweet heart - extremely helpful, willing to assist and made us feel rigth at home.

Liked: I will send everyone I know to Danika's home. We had an amazing time with her and feel like we will forever have a mother in Dubrovnik. The views from our room, every room, were incredible. Danika opened her home and her heart and took care like we were family. I felt safe and cared for and greatly enjoyed being around her family when they came to visit. We were going to stay just two nights but quickly extended our stay to six nights. If you want superior care in a lovely home with perfect views and lots of love you should stay with Danika, one of the most incredible women we have ever met.

Liked: Beautiful location although a little far from center, incredibly friendly owners who made you feel like you were a friend of the family. Helped us find a room on the same street for the same price when they were booked the second night.

Liked: The hostel has a wonderful view over the main harbour and there is a bus outside to take one to the old town. Danka could not be more kind and resourceful. Soon after arriving I had symptoms of a detached retina. Danka and her daughter arranged and took me to a medical appointment, and helped with emergency flight home. My sight was saved. We would like to return and stay longer. No hostess could be more attentive. She was truly wonderful.

Liked: Danica was really lovely. She collected us from the airport and gave us a drink on her balcony before we hit Dubrovnik. Throughout our stay she was helpful and even made us cake on the last morning. It's not a party hostel at all, but for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, it was perfect.

Liked: Danica is such a lovely person who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Her suggestions and advice were much appreciated. I felt at home and had the most magnificent view!!

Liked: Dancia our hostess was very friendly and accomodating. She even cooked dinner for us all on the Saturday night. Our room was large with a balcony, over looking the harbour. Dancia could not have been more helpful and was truly interested in all that we did. She arranged to have us picked up from the bus statin and dropeed us back ther vey early on our departure. Bus to city was close by or you could walk down the 475 steps to the harbour. (great going down!!!) A very pleasant stay.
