Liked: Fantastic location, comfortable and clean bed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, getting in touch before my arrival which made me feel at ease. Staying in the heart of the old town is a great experience and I definitely recommend it.

Liked: The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were enough power points to go around so that we did not have to fight for them. Our room of four even had a small stove, which we used to cook supper. The owner, Goran, was very welcoming and helpful. He was always around in the morning/evening to answer us questions and give us directions to the various sights. We had some problems with bus tickets from Dubrovnik to Zadar, and he not only helped us check out the various timetables but also went to the bus station to buy tickets for us. Last but not least, we had two adorable cats to keep us company!!

Liked: Excellent location right I'm the old town. It doesn't get much better. Really good value for money. Goran was really helpful and friendly.

Liked: The helpfulness of the owner

Disliked: It was a little bit intricate to find the exact location because of the narrow and all similar streets of Dubrovnik. So it needs to be defined much clearly.

Liked: Great location, in centre of old town. The fridge in the room was very handy. The owner was very friendly. Good place to stay.

Liked: The accomadation was nice, the room was a good size for two, the room and also the bathroom was clean and there was a fridge and washing machine which was very handy! Location was lovely, right by the bar to watch an amazing sunset over the sea!

Disliked: the owner was a nice enough friendly guy, maybe a little disorganized, we were a little early arriving to the room and he wasn't in to give us the key, however he was apologetic when we did finally meet him! Also the cat on the bed in the room was cute enough, but not so great if you are allergic!

Liked: Central! Relatively cheap!

Disliked: Half the rooms have no kitchen. Can be very loud, if people pass the property (but that's everywhere in the old town, and after all not too bad).

Liked: The location was great - lots of steps and walking so be prepared.

Liked: We really enjoyed the all the absurd thing that happened there... we loved the cats & appreciated Goran's friendliness... the beautyfull view from & into the bathroom... the quiet street...

Disliked: We definitely hated the thin plasterboard walls that separated our room from the stairs (a constant source of noise) & from the bathroom (that can sometimes be a hard night laundry service) Let's sum it up writing it's just a cool "Spanish Appartment" for young people who don't have strict expectations about silence

Disliked: There was a lot of noise from other guests, and there was quite a struggle for the bathroom sometimes.

Liked: Really friendly host and a fantastic location within the walls- literally 5 minutes to the main square

Disliked: The shower room was a wet room so the floor got a bit soggy. Other than that, nothing.

Liked: Beautiful location in a quiet lovely street in the Old Town. Goran, the owner, was really fantastic. Very kind, helpful and hospitable. He even helped me find other accommodation when I decided to come back to Dubrovnik a few days later with a friend and his house was fullybooked. The atmosphere in the neighbourhood is very good! Close to the Buza bars (hole in the wall bars) for a drink or a swim.

Disliked: There is nothing to dislike!

Liked: I simply loved to stay in the very center of the old town in Dubrovnik. Gorum was very helpful and fixed the air conditioning for us. The apartment is clean, and the bathroom large.

Disliked: There were nothing I would say that I dislike. Everything was excelllent.

Liked: Good location in old city albeit some stair climbing to do. short stroll to main plaza. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Very good value compared to other accomodations during peak season in Dubrovnik.

Disliked: Twin room only had 2 power sockets already used for a portable aircon and fridge.
