Liked: Great location. Just 5 minutes from the Port and the Bus Station. Lovely big room with a view of Gruz and Lapad. The lady who runs Rooms ARNY, Sabine, was so friendly and welcoming and offered to share breakfast with her. Would definitely go back here.

Liked: it was great staying at rooms arny and would like to stay there again. the room was great, comfortable big bed, and a view out the window of some of the Adriatic. She made us coffee in the morning, told us about Dubrovnik and what to see. She made our stay very enjoyable and we had a wonderful time taking with her in the evenings.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: The owner was nice and welcoming. It was close to the Ferry.

Disliked: One of the roads that was on the map does not exisit. There was ants on the floor and there was no airconditioning.

Liked: The rooms were booked so the woman took us to another house. The new room was fine and the owners were very friendly with us.

Disliked: It was difficult to find and we have to go up a lot of stairs

Liked: The room was fine.

Disliked: Despite booking well in advance, when we arrived the owners had no idea we were coming and had rented out the room we'd booked. Although they did find us a room with their nephew such a lack of organisation seemed terrible.

Liked: The owner was very nice. It was close to the international bus station and the international ports.

Disliked: The owner spoke very little English. It is really too far to walk, and the buses going to the Old Town area stop running to and from at 2:30.

Liked: The owner was wounderful to us, it was located about 5 min Walk from busstation which is good if you will go early in the morning, we coolt use the kitchen and she have us fruits and drinks! Lovely little place if you like à soft and calm place!

Liked: The lady running the property is extremely friendly, nice and helpful. She makes every effort to communicate with her guests. The atmosphere is really homely and she makes you feel more like a member of her family than a guest.

Liked: Fantastic friendly owners, they speak a little english and french but stayed up very late on the evening of my arrival to make sure I got there okay and made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Liked: its cheap and very near the bus station, so if your on a tight budget and have a few days to roam around then its good. If you only have one day in dubrovnik then stay nearer the old town.

Liked: The woman who looks after the property was very chatty despite not speaking English, through a combination of both our limited French and the bits of English she knew, we managed to make each other understood. She also treated us to a 3 course lunch when we arrived after we made a sandwich to eat on the terrace, very nice cooked pork!

Disliked: Directions given to find property were particularly poor, even after a quick call for further directions, we more or less found the property by luck. Location is very far from the old town of Dubrovnik - definitely need to take a bus to get there. Felt a lot like a spare room in a house rather than an actual hostel.

Liked: The host, Sabina must be the most wonderful host in the world. Even though she spoke little english but she really welcomed me and did her best to accommodate me. I nd some help to book my accommodation in Plitvicka Jezera, so she got her son, Neno on the phone, and they sorted the matter out for me. She made me coffee and served me wafers upon arrival and she also offered me some macaronis for dinner. Since the TV in my room is not functioning, she offered me to watch TV with her in her room. She made me felt so like at home. She is so motherly and I lost count how many times she hugged me and kissed my cheek. I think she must be lonely staying there alone without many guests during winter. She also gv me discount for the 1 night stay. The room is also very comfy with a large double bed and a balcony facing the sea, but it was winter, so the door to the balcony was closed. In summer, this must be a nice place to relax and enjoy the view.

Disliked: There was no heater in the room. I cant sleep bcos it was too cold. However, it was my fault too since I didnt reconfirm with them that I will arrive one day earlier, or else Sabina's son would hv brought the portable heater to the accommodation.

Liked: It was close to the bus station and the ferry terminal which made our escape easier.

Disliked: Very far from town. Not many amenities close by. Awkward atmosphere. Wasn't where it said it was and had to get in a car with a random to get there so we wouldn't recommend for girls travelling by themselves as it could leave them very vulnerable.

Liked: Although the land lady spoke very little English, she was very hospitable and warm. She served me coffee and biscuits when i arrived from a 10-hour bus ride from Zagreb. You just feel like at home. The only thing is that there was some noise from the motorbikes in some of the late nights and early mornings. but it seems a common problem in Dubrovnik.

Liked: Landlady was very helpful although her english was not very good she was very welcoming and made a big effort to make us feel at home
