Our family home is located on the top of a hill above the main harbor Gruž. This is a quite and peaceful part of the town, which offers you a complete relaxation and at the same time near the Old Town of Dubrovnik where you can enjoy the buzz of the city.

Our warm welcome and family atmosphere will help you to spend a pleasant and unforgettable vacation in Dubrovnik. Our aim is to offer you the best service and to fulfill the promise of an unforgettable holiday and stay at our home.

We can offer you two very nice, spacious and sunny rooms Laus and Ragusa on the top floor of our house with access to a big terrace where you can enjoy in a beautiful sunset over the town hills and see horizon. Additionally, we can offer you one double-bed bedroom Apartment Mirjana at the ground floor of our family house.

Transfers from the ferry port or the main bus station are GRATIS. If you are coming with the plane, just take a shuttle to the main bus station. Please inform us by email in advance when and where you are coming, so we can pick you up with our own car.

Accommodation Information

Room Laus has a king-size bed with the possibility of one extra bed; it is nice, sunny, clean and spacious with a sea view.

Room Ragusa is a bigger double-bed room (beds can be separated) with the possibility of one extra bed with direct access to the balcony and sea view.

Both rooms, Laus and Ragusa, have air conditioning, TV, Internet access and share a newly renovated bathroom, as well as the access to a large terrace where you will experience one of the most beautiful sunsets. On request, we can offer you breakfast and laundry, if requested.

Apartment Mirjana has one double-bed bedroom, spacious living area with additional bed, fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom with toilette and shower. The apartment has its own entrance and is air-conditioned and situated at the ground floor of family house.

Location Information

Everything you need is nearby: banks, shopping center, main green market, harbor and main bus station. You can choose a nice walk to the Old Town of Dubrovnik (20-25 min.) or a local bus near the house (every 15 min.) and also enjoy there in a beautiful pebble beach Banje.
