Liked: This must be one of the best places to stay in Dubrovnik for its value. Our room looked over the sea between the city walls and the fortress. We were literally steps to the water in a quiet harbour, and could watch local fishermen row out with their nets. Being very near the old city but not inside is perfect since it is very busy on the streets. From our room we could only hear the sounds of waves gently rolling in. Without us even expecting it, Edi met us at the bus station and offered great advice for the city (where to eat, etc) that is not in the guidebooks. Edi is a great guy, always in good humour. Full recommendations for this place to stay.

Liked: Edi was extremely helpful, in fact more than the local tourist information. He advised us of ferry times, good places to eat (which were excellent) and even helped up to find places to stay in Korcula and Hvar. The location of the apartments couldn't be any better, its easy to find off the bus and only a minutes walk into the old town. Although it is slightly more expensive than the out of town places its well worth it.

Liked: The location is fantastic- so close to the old town. The room was clean, average sized and the sea views were beautiful. Edi is wonderful and really helpful and went out of his way to help us.

Liked: Edi himself was extremely helpful and made us feel at home. He was readily available for any advice and assistance ie. local restaurants to eat at, tours at a reduced price etc. The location was central to Old town and we had amazing views from the room we stayed in.

Liked: Perfect location, and the rooms with the sea view are really stunning! Unfortunately, though, we booked only one day in advance and weren't able to get one of those. Next time!Super-friendly owner (Edi himself), who were extremely helpful in pointing out what to see and where to eat (and perhaps more importantly, where not to eat...), and all in all made our stay in Dubrovik very pleasant!However, if you do want to get a room with the sea view, be sure to book in advance, especially in the high season.

Liked: Excellent location: very close to the old town, near supermarkets, cafes etc, so basically everything important is on walking distance. Only 30 meters or so to the bus stops, where the busest leave to the main bus station, harbour and Lapad.

Liked: robert de niro lookalike Edi made our stay very pleasant. the croatians can come across as a bit unfriendly but edi is the complete opposite to this! perfect location outside the old town walls. 2 mins from everything. request a sea view if possible!!

Liked: As soon as we got off the airport shuttle bus we were greeted by Edi and taken 50 metres to his house where our accommodation was. It was spacious, clean, air conditioned and had great ocean views. The property was perfectly located just out of the old town in Debrovnik and right near the bus station and local nightlife. This combined with our host Edi who knew everyone and everything about not only Debrovnik but the whole of Croatia. He assisted whenever he could and was very friendly and helpful when we moved on from Debrovnik to Hvar. I would definitely recommend staying at Edi's apartments and cannot wait to return.

Liked: Edi - he was fantastic. Extremely welcoming and accomodating - we actually stayed 2 days later than we originally booked but he transferred our booking and was just amazing. We didn't have the best room as it was already booked but our room was still large and spacious with a view of the sea - very comfortable!
