Edi's Sea View Rooms are located directly on the Pile Beach (Old Town), 50 meters near the historic part of Dubrovnik city center.

The guesthouse has been recently renovated and everything inside is new. We have 5 rooms in the house and all l the rooms in house have air conditioning and private bathroom. All the rooms also have king size beds.

Please keep in mind that we have 5 rooms in the house they all have air -condition and they all have the private bathrooms. 3 of them have amazing sea view: and 2 of the rooms have no sea view.All the rooms have air-condition.
Very important is that the sea view rooms all always on request.
Please contact the owner for the sea view room and if there is availability of course the sea view we will keep it for you.

3 rooms with the sea view and each with the private bathroom on the first and second floor.

Two rooms on the second and third floor with the private bathroom inside the room, without sea view but also nice view to the hotel Hilton -Imperial and hill of Srdj.

Our guests are always very happy with our accommodation and friendly atmosphere and that is why they always leave satisfied and they always recommend us.

Our guesthouse is just 30 seconds walk from the beach, old town main street (Stradun), from grocery store, internet, coffee, restaurants, galleries, historical monuments and numerous cafes and bars.

We are sure you will enjoy Dubrovnik and our guest house. City center of Dubrovnik is a place where you can have everything you want from a vacation, fun, culture, beautiful nature and romantic touch.
