Liked: We were a family of 5 and the apartment was ideal.Great sea views ,tranquil yet very close to old town. The property has great history-so i guess you'd call it a character place for those who don't want 5 star hotel chic! .The owner Boris very friendly interesting and helpful .Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return.Internet access

Disliked: Nothing ,for us it had everything we wanted

Liked: This apartment is spacious and it is very convenient to go to the old city of Dubrovnik (within 5 min walking distance).

Disliked: It's dark at night when walking back to the apartment. Bringing a torch is necessary. Nevertheless, it's worth staying in this apartment.

Liked: This is a brilliant property. Amazingly located just a couple of minutes from Old Town and even less to the beach and with a sea view, what more could you ask for? The apartment was clean and quiet and just what we needed. Boris, the owner, is very welcoming and is always around to check everything is ok. He even brought us cake one night!!! I would recommend this apartment to anyone! It is also very close to a good bakery and a supermarket

Disliked: There are 70 steps up to the door...but the only time this feels like a lot is when you are carrying your bags up there to begin with, the rest of the time its totally manageable.

Liked: Boris - the owner was very honest about his property on hostel bookers. It looked just as it did in the pictures. The bathroom appeared to be new which was great. The property was clean and has everything we needed with fab air condidtioning. the views were lovely. The location was ideal for the old town and the beach.

Liked: The property was located close to Banje beach and a short walk away from the old town. I was afraid that we would have to climb a lot of stairs but fortunately there were only a few. Close to the apartment on the road Frana Supila are food stores, kiosks, a bus station, a taxi stand and a car rental. The apartment in itself was nice.

Liked: The apartman and the location was ok.

Disliked: Different appartman what I booked, the owner was unfrendly, everyday come up to our apartmant without knocking (like checking what we are doing). They charge extra fee (10 euros /day) for the air-conditional. Lats day our flight departures at 8pm, the owner did not let us leave our luggages in the property( he said yhe new guests are coming) but I left some money in the room so we went back in the evening and nobody was there, comletely empty. So I really do not reccomend this apartman, in the Iva Racica 1,at Ivan Kolos!

Liked: Only stayed for one night and was not quite expecting such a large room!! we had only booked the place for 2 people but soon found 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen, terrace and sitting room!! The location was great - situated opposite one of the main sandy beaches in the towna and only a short walk from the old town itself. Wish I could of stayed longer!
