Rooms Kiko are located in Gruz, one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik, about 1,5 km from the historic center of Old Town Dubrovnik.

We offer two rooms. In the vicinity of the accommodation guests will find: bank, supermarket, post office, restaurants, bus station, mall and pharmacy. No stairs.

The bus station and main port are only 3 minutes away from the accommodation. Welcome!

Accommodation Information

If you are looking for cheap, clean, good looking accommodation near to both the main port, main bus station and well connected with the historical center (5 minutes by bus, 20-25 minutes by foot), and the beach (7 minutes by bus, 25 minutes by foot) we have the place for you!
We offer two double bedrooms. Everything is new, clean and recently renovated. Across from the rooms is a nice bathroom with shower, the bathroom is shared between both of the two rooms we offer. There is always hot water 24 hours, and fresh towels,as many as you need, are also free to use for our guests. The rooms are air conditioned and have big windows so it’s very fresh inside, and very calm and a good nights' sleep is guaranteed. In front of the apartment is a table and chairs, for those who like to sit outdoors. Guests have free internet access point, and if you are without computer and need to check your emails there is computer for you to use.
