Dubrovnik is located in the South of Croatia. It´s often called "Pearl of the Adriatic Sea" and it is a UNESCO world heritage site.

To enjoy the best time of the year, we can offer our guests a charming, clean and friendly accommodation with many services only few minutes away by foot from the old town, beaches, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and public local traffic.

We offer our guests free-of-charge services like:

- coffee machine including coffee
- tea
- new bedlinen once a week
- new towels every third day
- cleaning of the apartment once a week
- cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay
- baby cot and childrens high chair on request

Accommodation Information

Apartment Kono 1:

- big panoramawindow in front of the dining-table with breathless view over the old town and sea
- one seperate bedroom with 2 beds
- one living / dining room with a sofa, which can also be used as an extra bed from 2 persons
- a small kitchenette
- bathroom with shower
- air-conditioning / heating
- Sat-TV

If you are more than 4 person you can visit our other two apartments (Apartment Kono 2 and Apartment Kono 3). Both are studioapartments. They are at the same house at the same floor and fittet for 4 and 3 persons. The quality and fixtures are the same as Apartment Kono 1.

The price includes coffee, tea, changing towels and bed-linen, cleaning once a weeka and at the end of your stay. Laundry service and transfers are possible. We also offer different trips.

Location Information

Apartment Kono AP1 is located in an attractive position, very close to the old city in a quiet residential district where cars cannot drive. For guests who are coming by car, there is a new garage nearby our accommodation (app. 2-3 minutes away by foot).
The adress of the apartment is Kuparska 3.
Only a few minutes by foot, you can find local amenities like a bank, post office, IUC, ACTM, shops, internet cafes, cafés, beaches and buses. Car is not necessary.
