Liked: Ivan was a great host - he made sure we had all the information we needed for our stay in Dubrovnik, picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station, and was always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. The views from our balcony were incredible and the en suite room & full kitchen were a great base for our stay in Dubrovnik.

Disliked: The walk to and from the Old City is quite a trek! Be prepared for a workout or take the bus - Ivan will make sure you know where & when it runs (it stops very close to the property).

Liked: Villas owners Ivan and Kate are very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as described, very clean with a wonderful view over Lapad. I enjoyed taking my nice breakfast on the balcony in the morning. Ivan gives you very valuable information for your vacation in Dubrovnik. I thank them for their hospitality and I recomend this lovely place to stay!

Disliked: nothing, everything was fine, I really enjoyed

Disliked: requested twin beds and it was a double. Shower hose too high. Bathroom mirror too high to use.

Liked: Ivan and Kate are friendly, kind hosts who genuinely care about their guests having a great time. The room was exactly as described, very clean with a great view over Lapad Bay. We enjoyed taking our breakfast on the balcony each morning.

Disliked: Nothing. Although we were caught by surprise at the extra charge of 5€ per day for air conditioning. At the time of booking this was not made clear.

Liked: ivan and his wife are lovely and very welcoming! the place is nice an clean, you have a nice breakfast every morning, which you can enjoy in the terrace, with a wonderful view over dubrovnik´s port! on arrival, ivan gives you very valuable information for your vacation in dubrovnik! lovely place to stay!!!

Disliked: the situation is a bit far from the old town, but you can take a short a ride with the bus or a 20min walk, which is only unconfortable due the heat!

Liked: Great price, good location, nice breakfast included. Balcony with a view was amazing, and really easy to get to the beach/old town. Ivan and Kate are extremely helpful and friendly too.

Liked: Ivan and Kate are very helpful, give you the full lowdown on the local area, where's good to eat, what buses to catch etc. Breakfast included is good, coffee exceptional. We had a sea view room, which includes a balcony with amazing views over Lapad peninsula.

Disliked: The location is not ideal if you're looking to explore the old town area. Also, note that on leaving rides to the bus station are charged, but at 5 Euros, not 3 as stated on the website.

Liked: Ivan and Kate are very kind and helpful people. They make their best to please their guests. In additon to hosting their guests, they provide info about Dubrovnik city tour. Thank them a lot for their hospitality.

Liked: The property's owners Ivan and Kate are very helpful. They answer all the things that we curious about Dubrovnik.The breakfast is enough for a person and good to be included the price.

Disliked: It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to the city center,but there are some steps, it can be difficult, but you can prefer the bus.if you have a chance take the rooms with sea view.

Liked: Ivan and Kate were very friendly, only downside is its far from the old city or if you want to go swimming. But there are busses if you don't want to walk.

Liked: Good view from the balcony and breakfast is included. Free pick up service from bus station.

Disliked: it's really far away from the old town or bus station. It is high on the hill which makes it quite difficult to walk especially with big backpack! I would say if you just stay one night in Dubrovnik, better choose one near to old town or bus station if you are taking buses.

Liked: If you are sedentary and dont move much dubrovnik is not for you, but if you like being active, enjoying the water and sun then come here!

Liked: Great view over the harbour and new town. Owners are very accommodating and helpful.

Disliked: Breakfast was basic and lots of stairs to climb to get to property for older or less fit individuals unless you take the bus.

Liked: Ivan and Kate were very good hosts. Ivan came for us at the ferry when we arrived at Dubrovnik, and explained to us how to get around the city and what to see. A good breakfast was also included, the only apartment we found to provide breakfast at no extra cost.

Disliked: It is located half way between the ferry/bus station and the old city, so it means that you have a 20 minute walk either way you go, which I do not recommend to do late morning/early afternoon in the summer; however it is well connected by buses

Liked: Ivan and Kate are the perfect hosts (and definitely so much better than tourist information!), the view we had from our balcony was amazing, everything was clean, everything was working...we had such a brilliant time and the accommodation was really good value for money.

Disliked: The steps...but try finding a property without them in Dubrovnik. On the plus side, my thighs are feeling much more toned!

Liked: We loved everythinbg about this guesthouse: gorgeous view, great rooms, perfect location and the friendliest, most helpful hosts we have met so far this trip. Ivan and Kate went above and beyond to help us, not only in Dubrovnik, but also in planning our onwards journey, organising us busses and timetables etc. Many thanks especially to Ivan for racing down the hill to return a lost camera minutes before we left for Montenegro! This is a truly outstanding place to stay, and completely deserves a 100% rating.

Liked: I used private room with balcony that see view. It's really nice. View was fantastic and there is a clothesline so you can hang the wash(It's really useful) Hostel hosts are very warm and nice. They can speak English so you dont worry about communication. nice wifi, clean kitchen, breakfast was good(bread,coffee,cheese,milk) I recommend this lovely house!

Disliked: It's little bit far from old town(It takes 10 minutes by bus, 20 minutes on foot, no problem!!!) But you go to dubrovnik! You have to see great view at the balcony:D

Liked: Ivan is so nice- picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station, and provided us with everything we needed for our short stay in Dubrovnik. One of the nicest places I've stayed in, it's seriously such a bargain.
