The stylish alternative to a hostel room!
This spacious, one-roomed apartment (420 sq.ft.) is recently renovated and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. It is consisting of;
-living area with sofa bed, SAT-TV, air conditioner
-fully equipped kitchenette allowing to prepare breakfast and simple light meals or quick snacks,
-open sleeping nook with 2 beds
-Private bathroom & Shower.
Bed-linen, towels, tourist tax, VAT are included in a price.

A person in charge is always available in emergency either on the premises or by phone.

Apartment is situated within the City walls of the Old City of Dubrovnik (World cultural heritage-protected by UNESCO), in a small street very close to promenade street Stradun.
In apartment's neighborhood are numerous museums, art-galleries, historical monuments, coffee-shops, restaurants and shops.
On the house ground floor is situated a small art-gallery.The owner Blago/art-painter offers numerous oil paintings.
