Our warm and welcoming Anica Rooms Guesthouse is situated in the center of the city near to the Old town, port and the bus terminal. We have a terrace and garden full of Mediterranean plants and fruits. Every apartment is equipped with satellite TV and ready to use.

Anica Rooms is located in a peaceful part of Dubrovnik surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, post office, tennis club, walks, taxi service, bus stop and supermarkets.

At your disposal there is an air-conditioned apartment - a double room with private bathroom and a kitchen and two double rooms sharing a bathroom and a kitchen.

The house is open throughout the year.

Location Information

Guesthouse Anica is located virtually in the middle of the city. Everything you could possibly need is nearby including the shooping center, supermarket, bakery, cafes, bars, discos, restaurants and internet places. Old town, the port, the bus terminal and beach are also within walking distance.
