Lovely studio apartment suites in the center of the historical old town of Dubrovnik. Within a 3-10 minute walk to all the attractions, 3 local beaches, restaurants, cafés, shops, museums, galleries, ferry port, public transportation and more.... all just footsteps away !

Our studio suites are located in a quiet cobblestoned side street in the center of the historical old town, just 70 meters off the main strip PLACA (STRADUN). Each of our specially designed air-conditioned units provide our guests with all the comforts of home and consist of a king or queen size bed, living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.

At the other end is the famous clock tower, Orlando monument, Sponza Palace museum, Rectors palace, St Blaise church, the cathedral, the Dominican monetary, old town port which offers a fascinating Mediterranean ambient to the Porporela, specialty restaurants, and ferry excursions to the islands. The cobble stoned side streets offer several amazing picture perfect scenery

50- 300 meters from our apts, there are 4 local beaches/swimming spots. One is called Buza which is the only swimming spot in the Old Town and directly outside the old town is 3 other beaches that provide a wide variety of watersport rentals, fabulous views of the old town fortress, including Lovrijenac. The Banje beach is one of the most popular ones that has been rated #3 best beaches in Europe

Just 70 meters from the promenade strip PLACA (a.k.a STRADUN) lined with 13th-17th century limestone buildings, with several medieval, renaissance / gothic churches, restaurants, terraced cafés, shops, museums. At one end of the PLACA is the Pile Gate where you can visit the Onofrio fountain, walk the fortress walls, stroll through the Franciscan monastery with a centuries old preserved pharmacy
