Disliked: It was very shame that the staff was not open and we were stressed because of it.

Liked: The view over Dubrovnik is beautiful. Also the hostel staff helped to hang out our laundry.

Disliked: When we were at the hostel, the hostel staff was sleeping and did not open the door.

Liked: Lovely garden and terrace. Amazing view of old town from bedroom. Aircon in room. Well-equipped kitchen. Big rooms. Free wifi. Joseph (the owner's wife) was very friendly and I enjoyed several chats with her.

Disliked: Rubbish shower. Lots of steps to walk up from the town (though we did know this prior to booking and it only took 10 mins).

Liked: It was a nice house with an excellent view over the old town from the balcony in the room. Very near the old town.

Disliked: IT wouldn't be suitable for someone who had trouble with steps, as there's no way to reach it without going up loads of steps.

Liked: The view of the Old Town from the balcony was superb and the owner Josip was a very kind man. One of the best places we have stayed.

Liked: The view was great!

Disliked: Showering was a bad experience. There was hardly any water pressure and the water was barely warm most of the time. The steep climb up the steps is also rather discouraging, especially at the end of the day when you're tired out from walking all day.

Liked: If you're on a budget but still want to stay in the heart of Dubrovnik - this place is ideal! It's basic (sofa bed) but five mins walk from the centre of the old town and if you stay in the living room there is a large balcony with the most fantastic view. There is about 250 steps to get to it but its definately worth it!
