Customer reviewLocation is very clost to ferry dock and bus station which suited us very well. Its about a half hour walk to the Old Town - or you can take the bus. The owner was a wonderful host. She met us at the ferry dock when we arrived and walked us to our room. Travellers may want to note that use of the internet and washing are purchaseable extras (internet is HRK 20 per day and your washing can be done for you at 45 HRK). |

Customer reviewthis place was pretty good value for the money. was clean and close to the port so easy when youve just come off the ferry. The lady was really nice. but unfortunately the room i stayed in stank like cigarettes from the previous tenant i guess. was a bit hard to take. aside from that this place was fine. Not great location if you want to be close to the action and party. but fine if you just need somewhere to base yourself and you dont plan on spending too much time there. would benefit from a kitchen or at least a fridge. |

Customer reviewIt's small, but clean. You share the bathroom, but also very nice. Close to the port of the Dubrovnik, but you have to go up 50 stairs. No noise at night. Very friendly people that took us to the airport as well at 4:00 AM. So definitely worth to cheap price! |

Customer reviewWe stayed in the four bed apartment at Nikolina rooms. The apartment was great and the kitchen was clean and well equipped. Our host was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information about the area. She provided airport transfer too, for a v reasonable price. There is also free wifi. Excellent value for money, I would fully recommend it. The only downside is the distance from the old town - 30 mins walk - but there are regular buses. |

Sonia Rebollo ArandaFor us, the location was perfect because we wanted to stay near the ferry port and this is very near... as Nikolina says "50 steps", which is true because you just need to go down the street stairs and you find a market, a small supermarket, the ferry port, bus stops (it is very well connected to the old part of the town) and tourist information. It might be a bit far to go walking to the city centre (a good half an hour I guess), but there are many buses that take you there in less than 10 minutes. The family is extremely kind and helpful. Our room was big and had air conditioning. Absolutely value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation. |

AKIKO NAKAMURANikolina and her mam are so kind,friendly,and helpfull. Location in also good.It locates only 10~15min from main bus terminal,and we can catch enough buses to go to oldtown. I really recomend this hoetel. |

Jose Alexis Sanchez SosaThe property is wonderful and lovely. She helps always and give you a lot of information. Her husband makes incredible cakes. Good location, near the port to go to the islands. You can go to the old town by walking in 30 minutes, or by bus in 5 minutes. |
