Liked: Absolutely Excellent !!! A+ The owner Stevo will even pick you up from the ferry and gives very good information on what to do and where to eat. We got much better information about Dubrovnik than any tourist office could possibly give. The rooms are very well decorated and immaculate clean, with air con.

Disliked: Located in a steep hill, but almost all Dubrovnik is the same.

Liked: Very friendly host. Clean. Gave us a room with small kitchen. Picked us up, dropped us off any time we needed.

Disliked: It's a bit of a climb to the hostel.

Liked: This was second time we were at Anna Guestsuite and things we're as good as before. Owner picked us up from the airport, returned us there and drove us to Montenegro. His mother gave us vegetables and the atmosphere was really nice. We'll come back again Stjepo!

Liked: It was a clean room and the bathrooms were a good size with everything in working order. The air conditioning worked well which was good as we were staying in mid-30 degree summer heat.

Disliked: I didn't realise the room would be so small with just 3 beds - was hoping for a small lounge area with a couch.

Liked: The room we had was nice and clean and we did not hear any noise from other guests. Every morning we got tea or coffie on the garden terrace. Everything we needed was there. We where very happy with the tips/advices from the owner where to go when we stayed at his place. He pikked us up at the bus station, brought us to the ferry early in the morning when we had to leave en dropped us at harbour or bus station several times. That was really great - we have not experienced that before.

Liked: Steve was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way constantly to make sure we had a great time. He even drove us all over to Bosnia for reallly cheap. The location is great..easy to get everywhere. This is easily the greatest value for the money in Dubrovnik

Liked: stjepo was fantastic and he has the know-how! great that he was able to pick me up v early in the morning from the bus station (which he didnt have to) and i am v grateful for that.. he provided what he knows and shares alot voluntarily...he also helped to check details if needed without us asking for help.. simply fantastic... great location too, in lapad, near the promenade - just few mins walking! and great cafes, bars, restuarants around and you dont get noise from it as stjepo's place is a hideaway so u are back home in a jiff!overall, fabulous!!

Liked: Fantastic place to stay, easy to get into the old town of Dubrovnik but close to other bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket etc. Stjepo was lovely, very knowledeable about the area, picked me up from the bus station, advised me where to eat and where to visit. My room had everything I needed and there was an area to sit outside plus a small vegetable garden. Couldn't fault the accommodation at all and I'm sure I will return.

Liked: The owner was amazing! He picked us up and had us laughing the whole way! His sense of humor was great and how much he helped us was also amazing! The property has a great location and I can't complain about it in any way!

Liked: The room was clean and very quite spacious with very comfy beds! There was a kitchenette and nice hot power shower as well. Also a nice terrace outside to relax and meet other residents.It is located about 15 minutes on the bus from the old town, but there is a bus stop just outside and it is cheap the get to and from. Lapad itself is a nice place, with bars and restaurants and a few beaches.The owner Stjepo was very helpful with local info, and came to pick us up from town with no problem despite our flight being delayed and the bus dropping us off in the wrong place. He had loads of useful local info and could not have been more helpful. Very recommended!

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at AAE Anna Guestsuites and would definitely recommend a stay here. The owner Stjepo is very friendly and helpful giving lots of valuable information about the local amenities, such as restaurants, beaches, bus routes, trips etc. The room was large, clean and good value for money. Location is about 5 mins walk to nearest promenade full of bars, restaurants and shops also 5 mins walk to nearest beach and bus stop with a good service to the old town. Overall an ideal hostel for Dubrovnik and surrounding areas.

Liked: I'm not a fan of staying at B & B's (or guesthouses) so didn't enjoy staying in someones else's house, but I have to say the room was great, big, comfortable bed, air con and a small bathroom nearby. I felt I had privacy even though I was in the house. I found the owners very friendly, they offered me juice when I arrived and did my washing for no charge which I really appreciated. I was also taken to the airport as the buses weren't running at appropriate times, so certainly can't fault the service provided. Bus stop was quite near to get to old town, 5-10min walk to get to kiosk to get bus tickets and 5 min walk to get to guesthouse from bus stop when returning from the old town so location wasn't too bad. Didn't get a chance to explore area near guesthouse but it seemed to be near a few hotels etc to get breakfast (which isn't provided) and a beach.
