Liked: The host is so friendly and so passionate to give detailed information and help. And many special thanks for Mr. Stjepo to drive me back to the bus station on the freezing rainy day:) I really enjoyed my stay in Annaguesthouse.

Liked: The apartment had all the amenities that we could wish for and more- tv, wifi, heater, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom with hot water, heater.. The room was also spotlessly clean and neat. However, we were most touched by the hospitality that the owner, Stjepo, showed us. He went out of his way to bring us around the city and gave us invaluable information and recommendations on what to do and eat. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Liked: I highly recommend this place, the hospitality of Stijepo (the landlord), clean and comfortable accommodation , domestic atmosphere have highly surpassed my expectations ! Landlord's mother is just adorable, i'll remember the taste of her superb donuts for a long time :-)

Liked: The property had everything we needed for a short stay. We stayed in a double room with en suite bathroom and kitchenette - a sink and two electric hob rings so we were able to cook at home to save money. The wireless internet was free, and there was sattelite TV (althoung the only English channel was BBC World News). The manager Stjepo was very helpful and happy to reccomend places to visit or eat out. Since we stayed for a week in the winter, he was happy to pick us up from the airport an drop us off free of charge. He also provided some traditional snacks on arrival, and took us on a tour of the town in his car.

Disliked: The showers did not stay hot as long as we would have liked - we were unable to both shower in the morning without waiting for the water to heat up in between.

Liked: Stjepo was very kind, picking and dropping us from the bus station. Rooms were clean and location was great.

Disliked: We were strongly recommended to get the Dubrovnik card and was not a good suggestion. Was not worth the money at all.

Liked: Very clean, sunny terrace surrounded by garden, great location, fantastic friendly and hospitable hosts.

Liked: The owner was very helpful and would wait at the ports to pick you up, give good advice on where to go, where to eat to get value for money etc. The location is good, a little way from the old city but the bus ride is only about 10 minutes. The room was reasonable with an ensuite bathroom and small kitchen area - clean and a good base from which to explore the town.

Disliked: I was there in September, towards the end of season - so there weren't many other guests. It's probably not ideal if you're looking to meet people but might be a little different in the summer.

Liked: Very frienly host, picks you up from bus station, helps and looks info for you. Nice quiet location, end of season nice time to travel to Dubrovnik.

Liked: The owner was amazing, he was so helpful and drove us to the Old town and to the ferry and bus stations when we needed to go places. He was full of good advice on places to eat, things to do and day trips we could take. He also made us fresh chocolate crepes a few times! We couldn't have asked for more. Also the location is out of the Old Town which is great, everything is a little cheaper and it is very easy to get the bus into the old town (15 min ride).

Disliked: the shower was a little weak and didn't stay up properly but this was only a minor issue

Liked: very clean and new house

Disliked: No 24 hour reception. No wifi (only wifi of the neibourhood). No hot shower in the morning. The owner speaks a lot but his recommendation are not the best

Liked: From the outset Stjepo was extremely helpful. We were picked up from the port and given a detailed guide to Dubrovnik. He offered a text message service whereby he would come and deal with any requests we had or any advice we needed - this was great. We stayed in a 3 person ensuite room which felt like an apartment. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy, had a seperate bathroom and kitchen, and had a balcony with fantastic views. The property is located in the district of Lapad which requires a 10 minute bus ride to the old town. The district of Lapad itself has a wide range of great bars and restaurants leading down to the beach, which to me provided a better taste of Croatia than the (although beautiful) crowded touristy old town.

Liked: The apartment we stayed in was very modern, clean and spacious. It was located in a very quiet road, a stones throw from the bus stop making Dubrovnik old town very easily accessible.Stjepo was an excellent host, he picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off . He also gave us lots of useful information about where to go , what to see and how to get around.Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Anna Guest house.

Liked: Made to feel welcome on arrival and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly use this accommodation again if we return to Dubrovnik.

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike. Simple, basic accommodation which was well kept and maintained at the right price.

Liked: The apartment was very clean and confortable. The location was ok. bus connection with the center every few minutes and the bus ride took around 15-17 min. The person in charge is very friendly and will pick you up from the bus or airport. He will give you all the information you need. He is great. The owner of the apartment was very friendly also. Highly recommended...
