AAE Anna Guest suites are situated in the centre of Dubrovnik- Lapad, close to the most of beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping centres and internet clubs. Guesthouse has large terrace with nice gardens.
Wishing to add to your well-being and rest, we offer personalized service: the languages spoken are English, German and Italian. With the intention of keeping the atmosphere cosy and relaxed our staff will assist you to your rooms and happily provide any info about cultural, gastro and other events. Every morning you can create a different breakfast from our breakfast list, which we will serve you on the large terrace. Rooms are cleaned every day during your stay with respect for your privacy...
Our rooms are air-conditioned. There are small kitchens in our two twin rooms. Twin rooms can also be used as double and vice versa.
Supermarkets, bank, post office, cafe bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, pizzerias, hairdresser, rent a car, pharmacy and other useful tourist services you need are also close to our guesthouse, all in the walking distance of 150-300 m.

Transfer from and to the airport: 20 EUR per car. Transfers from the port and the bus station are free from us. Please confirm your arrival time with us and let us know after booking when and where you will be arriving.
