W stayed in Nice Apartment in Lapad which is not Villa Saraca.
Air conditioning, nice bathroom and kitchen. Clos to Old town.

location, right in the middle of town, owner was helpful giving us information about town, the apartment itself was very adequate to our needs, air conditioned, good shower, enough space to move around, and that added enjoyment to our stay.

The location was perfect, in the center of the Old City--note, though, that there is no street number on the door to the building. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The air conditioning was OK, but not great. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and very clean.

We stayed in an apartment, which is what we were looking for and had a great stay. If you're looking for a more traditional hostel experience (group areas, staff on site, etc) this may not be for you. Our apartment was adorable and I would definitely stay again. If you're looking for a private apartment, this is a great place with an awesome location!
