Liked: The common area and breakfast. The girl at front desk looked really tired, i would recommend the owner to give her vacations or free time!!! She is really nice but does everything herself!

Liked: It was such a cute hostel with all the basic stuff available. At the time I was there, there were only few people there so if you're looking for party, this isn't the place. I had some reading to catch up so in for that it was perfect! Very homy feel, would definitely come back!

Liked: Located in a quiet neighborhood but only a block or two from some of the main roads through San Jose. The accommodations are simple but full of character. The hostel has a very open feeling with wonderful breezes blowing through. Great wifi and a public computer lounge. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Liked: It has character and is near to many places in SanJose. The rooms are small and wooden but the place is great to stay at and i will use rhis hostel again when i have to return to San Jose

Liked: By far the best thing is the house iteself. used to belong to a local artist. many art works, lovely old house, w/ tinted windows, etc.

Liked: The hostel is within walking distance of a grocery store, a good budget restaurant, and the National Museum. The staff helped me plan and book both independent and group tours.
