This is a nice hostel, with big clean rooms and a comfortable living area. Friendly and helpfull staff and a tour company in the place as well with useful information and with whom you can book tours around the country.

In a 1905 colonial house, downtown San Jose near the national museum. Single bed $16, single with bath $19, budget room $32, Twin room with bath $39, double with bathroom and king size $49! ALL FREE - breakfast, taxes, parking, Internet, wi-fi, coffee & tea all day. 4 tropical patios, bar & restaurant on site! English, Spanish and French spoken. Excellent tour desk with very competitive prices. Special prices for groups!
